OK, here's part of the Zillow for 317 West Danner, West Memphis.

Zillow gives a build year of 1975. Last sold 17 years ago for $90k, which despite Zillow's optimistic estimate of $158k is probably what it's approximately worth today. Zillow pegs rent at around $900/mo, so if Ralph's uncle is allowing him to live there rent free it's a pretty sweet deal for Gunt who has pretty much no income except whatever he can wring out of the Killstream. Despite the windows in the roof I'm betting it's single story with high ceilings, a popular feature in the mid 70s. That would fit with what little Gunt has accidentally shown us of the interior. I wouldn't be surprised if those breakers way high up in the wall are the remnants of a prior owner's galaxy-brain homemade hack job. There's two schools "0.2 miles" from the house, apparently an elementary and a middle school on the same lot. Jessica's Law would thus make the area off limits to sex psychos.

This is a big deal. Between the panel on the wall and the wall itself we can see that he is in a room with a potentially high ceiling. The walls themselves look to be done in a style of a newer home and possibly not totally finished. This is useful information. I would suggest then that if he is in one of his uncle's homes, its either the new pre-fab home at 190 Moses or the high roofed 320 Danner Ave.

It seems Howard was smart enough to get out of his families drama. He has done quite well for himself actually. It doesn't appear that he either has children, or he does they are grown and gone. I suspect he's taking pity on Ralph being part of the Clyde/Ronnie lineage. He was the one that gave Ralph the bog and "PawPaw's Ring". I could see him allowing Ralph to crash in Clyde's old crackshack at 320 Danner while he avoids the law.

At least the big trees in front will somewhat spare the neighbors from looking at the inevitable pigsty, although it's West Memphis so they probably don't give a fuck. No carpets for Gunt to soil, which is nice since carpet is expensive as fuck.
