Hyperlink is not an issue:
Yeah, I spotted that.
The issue is the wrong color. See:

They should have raised vol 1 as a mistake too, and that is a failure on the clerk's part.
Is it though? What they said was that it's an issue with pagination, and anyway, the local rules say "a white cover with the information required by Fed. R. App P. 32(a)(2)," which appears to specifically override the fact that Fed. R. App. P. 32(a)(2) says it should be blue.

Ah! I must have misread you then, my bad.

Which I pressume means that the cover is to be white, and the text blue. Otherwise I'm not sure what the issue is with the cover page.
Is it though?
What else could it be?

You didn't. I elided it for brevity's sake.

Actually, reading further, 32(b) Form of an Appendix says that the appendix must comply with Rule 32(a)(1)-(4) with an exception being that the cover of a separately bound appendix must be white, which obviously has to refer to the paper, not the text. So I really don't think that's their issue.
What else could it be?
Beats me.

Ah yes a 2 year old Hyundai the epitome of high rolling. I can see myself pulling up to Caesar's in that baby ready to play blackjack at a million dollars a hand.

Anyone who thinks the sex industry is glamorous has never pictured themselves being jabbed at by Russell’s deformed stump fingers, kissing him in a way that helps with his disability, or drooled all over while having him hump away at you like a small dog.

I imagine them laying there, mind miles away, questioning every single decision that led up to that point.

Godspeed ladies. Save for therapy.

His tourist pics drive my RuSs DoEsN't DrIvE Autism... He's right about where the bus drops you off from his part of town if your a dummy (Spring Mountain Road to Fashion Show Mall would be faster easier and more direct but Google doesn't quite realize it's The Strip). All of his pictures are within half a block of each other. He got of the bus around Flaming/Koval half walked the back way to the high roller down linq lane, took a picture of the dive bar across from Bally's flamingo road entrance, walked to the flamingo. He literally passed the makeshift memorial where Tupac got shot and these are the boring pics we get. He could of spent $2 on monorail tickets and/or figured out the free trams on the west side of the strip and seen so much more. I get the feel he wandered around in the heat saw women and was done. Last time I was on the strip was to bike all over it during the shutdown (going through the tiled parts of Park MGM was my favorite).

Most locals avoid the strip unless they have a full on good reason to go (something involving friends, sports, entertainment ect). I could see a local bussing it to avoid paying to park. I can't think of anything truly noteworthy in the tourist corridor post pandemic now that casinos are full on sheer the sheep at all costs more.

There are interesting things for tourists and locals outside the strip downtown but I expect Russ to never do that stuff. One of the most lauded and major attractions is fairly close to his hovel.

So Russ, who allegedly drives his own car, decides to rent a fucking Hyundai Elantra of all vehicles for the week, only to drive 8 minutes down the road, park and walk around the block taking random pictures of the area.

On the other hand it's possible he could have rented the car to drive to that brothel he left the review on. Doesn't appear to be any way to bus there, at least any easy way. But why rent for a whole week for only one night away?

Russ is an enigma.

I can totally imagine him hiring a 'nice car' to go on his 'date' with a hooker, while wearing his 'nice suit'. I'm sure all the ranch girls cooed incessantly while he bragged about his Hyundai Elantra, pretending to own it.
Could've been a week deal and/or he wanted to cruise around impressing random ladies for a few days too.

That said, his date with Max Dream was more than a week ago, before he'd have had the car, so unless he's had a second visit with (probably) another girl in a short time, it might just be a review he's posting late.

Anyone with half a brain would just find another filing in the same format that passed muster. I don't even think you need PACER to get recent briefs. Find filing by competent lawyer, slavishly imitate.
