It’s worse than Tennessee, it’s West Memphis, Arkansas.
Ralph used to lie and say he was from Memphis Tennessee though. Sad.
He may settle for that delta 8 shit. Not as good as the real thing, but Ralph is the kind of guy that consumes trash burgers and likely gets his alchohol out of plastic bottles at this point.

he cant vote, because of his felony right?
Ralph once tweeted that Virginian governor Ralph Northam gave him the right to vote back, if you care to search for that tweet. A cursory look shows that in Virginia the last 2 governors worked to get felons the right to vote after a certain period of time.
Apparently he can vote in VA, since Governor Northam signed an executive order allowing felons to vote after they finish their sentence. Not sure if his revenge porn conviction interferes with that, I didn't look at the actual order.
His revenge porn conviction was a misdemeanor, it would have no effect.

Edit: apparently Ralph also said on March 16, 2021 Killstream that Governor Northam gave him the right to vote back.

Could be a pair of 30 Amp circuit breakers in that panel. The grouting around the panel might mean this is replacing a fuse panel. Mounting them that high up on a wall could mean this is a basement wall.
This could potentially be a decent clue depending on municipal or state addendums to the National Electrical Code. Popping breakers unprotected into a wall like that is a borderline installation at best, and I suspect it would fall tightly on either side of the legal minimums depending on where one lives.

It's possibly a red herring because uncle Ralph might not be the most dilligent of home flippers, but if the house was recently sold it would likely have had to pass an inspection. Might be worth looking into if there's anyone with contractor experience in any of the areas of note.

Pardon my tism, but do we know what number EO this was? I looked through multiple VA websites, including one that seems to have all of Northam's EOs, and it isn't there.

I found a website that suggests that you have to request the right to vote be returned, so who knows what that process looks like since the 2016 EO to automatically return the right to vote was overturned by the Supreme Court.

Kiwi Farms didn't save my original massive effortpost- I came back after a long nap with nightmares of these fucking switches, and the nightmare came true- everything was deleted. Fuck the piece of shit Xenforo, and fuck myself for trusting it.
Special thanks to @Jeffrey Lebowski, for imparting upon me the knowledge of two lifetimes worth of installing dimmer light switches.

"THE PLATE"

General infodump:

This plate is a non-standard double-gang plate with an unused cat3 port (landline phone).
I ad-hoc assume it's cat3 because of the era it seems to be have sold in, considering that the shield is nonstandard, IE cannot find anywhere on the internet or in catalogues. Seems to be sold at a dollar store or department store- The shield does not look to be of modern standard, especially since the screw holes seem to be on a lower plane than the actual shield.
The sliders are called "Skylark Dimmers," developed by Lutron corp.

Skylark is a linear dimmer slider for Ralph's giant studio light that very likely came with his rental, in his basement- nobody else would be using dimmers like that otherwise. Maybe Ralph rented the place because it's a basement "studio."
Apparently it's used for high luminosity studio lighting and the such, so the light box Ralph has in his reflection corresponds perfectly. Ralph could be in a basement.
First model of the Lutron Skylark I could find was from 2007.
Entire light switch popularity timespan (and perhaps earliest known date for house existence): 1980-2007

1980s is when sliders started to become extremely popular, as found in Radio Shack catalog archives.
I also find ~1985 to be the most likely period for when the technologies coincide.
There seems to be no HVAC in his home, he seems to be in a basement.
The upper East coast, due to proximity to the company that invented it, seems to be the most likely place where it would have spread first, radiating from Lutron Electronics, Inc., Suter Road, Coopersburg, Pennsylvania, USA.

Good information to derive:
Figuring out which floor Ralph is on. Using the echo to figure out furnishings, room layout, rough room measurements. Using his head size as a reference for the room size, for understanding if the time period had a building code described in anything listed under rent agencies that allow residence for people with bad credit and a felonious/criminal history.

Jefferey Lebowski also mentioned that most shoddy jobs use 3 wires instead of 6, so that could be a clue for Ralph's wiring, on top of the information for where the stud is, based on how the plate is screwed into the wall.

Yep remember that playground pic he posted earlier? Ewww. I do agree that photo was taken in springtime, but Ralph was there in spring to pick up Papaws ring and was boasting about having family taking care of him that we didn’t know about.
Imagine trying to impress strangers online with "yeah I have some relatives that will support me if I need help, nbd". I swear if Ethan wasn't Ethan this would be super depressing.
If he becomes a shut in to avoid being seen my Christmas wish is that his AC fails, he slow cooks over a couple of days and those strays get a proper southern bbq feast. We wouldn't see it but I think him becoming literally roasted pig would still be worth it.
Alternatively some furry alog should wear their wolf costume when he's doxxed and go around his neighbourhood door to door with a leaf blower. C'mon Santa you can do it!

It looks like an old sub panel thats half covered by Sheetrock mud to me. With 2 220v breakers. Maybe a ghetto install for split unit AirCon's.

I'm inclined to think this may be the most likely suspect. While I like @cheese burger69 's analysis, I think these look more like breakers myself. @Jump would this outdoor unit make sense to run off breakers like this?

Edit: I took a new image at a better angle of the side of the house.

Arkansas doesn't line up with his timezone.
Timezone. Screnshot taken ~4 minutes ago. Stream has been up 30 minutes since it was down for a while.
The Tucker clip was posted 50 minutes ago. 50 minutes ago = 9pm for Ralph. It is now 10pm. He's currently on Eastern Time.

EDIT: What about VPN? Twitter uses your PC's local time, a VPN would not affect it.

Thank you for the information. Can I get secondary confirmation that Ralph is now firmly in the EST?
He just looked at your tweet https://twitter.com/Christorian_X/status/1546682476973756416
It said "posted 10:26 PM" on his stream.

When I look at it, it says 02:26 AM (UTC). Which, when I use https://www.worldtimebuddy.com/, equals 10:26 PM Eastern Daylight Time.
(I'm not doxing my actual timezone, it's an example)

He could fake his local time by having it set to manual, it's a possibility but X
