Baked Alaska / Tim Treadstone / Tim Gionet / Anthime Joseph Gionet - White rapper, alt-right "activist", ex-Buzzfeed contributor; got arrested at the March for Trump, and a federal snitch

I heard Baked is going to take the plea deal for J6 after all. Anyone know when the court date is?

It's also possible that the prosecutors may rescind the plea deal and just go to trial because of how he fucked it up the first time. The way he still claimed innocence while begrudgingly accepting the plea deal made it so he might be forced to go to trial, because a man claiming innocence cannot accept a plea deal, he has to admit his guilt, otherwise he could just appeal it and possibly beat the rap that way. The prosecutors may be irritated enough that Baked threw their goodwill back in their faces (prosecutors are human and can be petty towards the defendant for slights like this) and opt for a trial, and this anti-Trump anti-J6er judge would probably side with the prosecutors.

To add to that it seems like a lot of the judges took into account how remorseful the defendants were for their actions at sentencing and Baked claiming he din do nothing is going to undermine any attempt he makes now to grovel to the judge for a lighter sentence.

Baked out here shilling chicken meatballs. I assume he found some service where companies with absolutely zero standards will let anyone set up affiliate links and take a small cut. I can't imagine any actual company signed off on Baked being a spokesman.

Baked will be eating the meatballs everyday in prison after lights out. I can think of no one better qualified to speak on the topic

Got some questions for you burgers since I'd love to learn more about the processes related to american law (and I'm a yuropoor fag). Reading random shit through google should be sometimes taken with a grain of salt. So I prefer to hear a QRD from resident kiwis:
1. I've read somewhere that a plea deal can be taken until the jury has reached a verdict. Does this count for every trial or are there "special requirements" to be met? Since Alaska is a sped himself.
2. The crime was commited at Washington D.C., which is a seperate district residing in the state of Maryland. If Timmy gets sentenced, in which prison will he be thrown in? Do the feds have the ability to cart him to every state in the Federation if they feel like it? :optimistic:, but would Gitmo be a possibility?
3. How long will this trial last? Since it's about Jan 6th, which is of course worse than 9/11 lol: Will everything be regurgitated from the "main tribunal" (this trial would be a "side theater" from my understanding but is still connected), or will it be pretty much a "routine procedure"?
4. How fucked will the catboys be when Blacked Alaska squeals? A shitton of new trials and possibly Nick getting raped in court?

Civilians aren't sentenced to military prisons, except under extremely limited circumstances of which this isn't one. He could be committed to anywhere that makes penological sense. Generally choosing somewhere remote just out of spite isn't going to be done, though.

He's hardly a hardened criminal and even if he does get a term of incarceration, they'll probably put him somewhere convenient for him or where he wants if they aren't being outright spiteful. If he pulls that shit of pretending to plead and then backing out at the last minute again, this won't endear him to them.

There's a clip of him last week calling his judge an "activist judge", if the judge sees that do you think it has the potential to once again delay the process? To my mind it's the same sort of thing as when he plead and then backed out, he is essentially saying "this isn't a fair trial", which potentially puts his plea in jeopardy.

Judges by and large do not give a single shit about angry criminals whining about them. It won't do anything.
"I've also lost 8 lbs this week no cap!"
It means he took a giant opioid shit that had been building up for a week.

Feds don't seem to have the equivalent of county jails. That's why they're keeping the defendants in the DC jails. They might just put him in one of those. He'd better hope those Fine Upstanding African-American Role Models™ don't find out about the Keemstar dono.

He should be more worried about the prosecutors playing the Keemstar dono. The negro judge probably won't take too kindly to hearing "nigger nigger" while Baked is macing people.

You don't get to be a federal judge by being easily offended. He won't give a shit, and Baked will probably get some weak ass sentence regardless. He's not going to upend a plea deal. This is basically up to the prosecutors at this point.
