Correct me if im wrong, but nijiEN never collabed with anyone in holoJP, and the same happens with holoEN & nijiJP, so the "collab ban" its not limited between EN only. So far we only have rrats about that supposed ban from what Kiara said, some blame holo, others blame niji or both.

It is because you get Spain, the entirety of Latin America and a good deal of the U.S. as a potential audience, and isn't because some of these audiences' chat isn't really VOD friendly and they will need to be more active on keeping the schizos away in order to avoid getting in trouble for any racist superchats and the like. Still, it's not like this isn't a problem with their current audiences, so who knows lol!
