Not trying to be a dick but you didn’t socialize with anyone or make any friends while in college?
You into tabletop games or trading card games? Go to a hobby shop and talk to people. You work out? Strike up a conversation at the gym. Are you religious? Volunteer at church and talk to people.

If you live with your parents in college that shit can fuck up your ability to relate to and do shit with your peers. Especially if your parents also dont have many friends and are homebodies and shit, they work then go back home.

People come and go, the only difference is as you get older you're not forced into situations where you meet large numbers of people all the time. Either become an internet weirdo and make friends with people probably too disgusting for humanity, or find hobbies that expose you to lots of people like those internet degenerates wish they could expose parts of themselves to other people.

It really is just as simple as "go out and do stuff you like, socialize with people there." Doesn't really matter what it is, some of my longest time friends are from high school, met my wife in college, got some DnD groups and Magic groups from two of the hobby shops in town, a couple of co-workers from old jobs, hiking and rock climbing buddies, etc.

the truth is you can’t really, at least not make friends like when you were kids. at 20 most friend ships are based around drinking/ using drugs or are relationships out of convience, like coworkers, that will disappear as soon as you quit.

Yes, but there are not many secular options anymore. Churches offer community, which is now a commodity. Visit a service and see what you think of it, they'll just be glad to see you there.
