I don't doubt if he decides not to go the cheese route he will fuck himself over with save states. If he facetanks this badly with random encounters and enemies he will facetank Stationary Link thinking savescumming will carry him through it.

Phil is convinced he can't do anything about his physical goods, because trolls are gonna find his stuff and fuck with him. But he suddenly believes "someone" is interested in helping him upgrade his PC?

Bullshit, no one breaks paranoia that hard. And even if it is, okay cucks, get Phil a nice PC he won't maintain. He doesn't even update OBS or whatever, because he doesn't want to have to tweak settings. The fuck do you think he's gonna do with newer gear? Okay paypigs, get him top of the line; the 4000 series isn't out yet, so get him a 3090TI with a Motherboard that can support DDR5 RAM.
