It's the sad reality of small start-ups and often times I see from these new agencies is that either the talents aren't as interesting enough to watch or management does nothing after the audition period. Of course, none of us know what goes on behind the scenes but when management doesn't even do the bare minimum which is advertising their talents, then it may be doomed to sink.
