I'm thinking that the "1910" date is simply a placeholder used in the local property records system for a property that they don't have extensive transfer records for. The area looks to be a standard suburban-style tract, maybe one of those places where the buyer got a bare piece of land with utility hookups and was then responsible for building a house themselves. So I'm thinking that Uncle Ralph probably bought it in the late 70s from whatever land company subdivided the land. The fact that all the houses look different backs up the idea that it was a do-it-yourself tract.
@Jump posted a pic of the exact type of breaker I was talking about yesterday, a double-handle 60 amp where each handle is 30 amps. I'm still gonna go with the two double handle 60 amp breakers, and as for that weird hole on the upper left, it's possible that Uncle Ralph tried to have somebody install a RJ45 plug, which is used for computer LAN's, in the panel. Or it could be a standard landline telephone plug.
The 320 W Danner property has so few windows that it's certainly likely that Greased Pig was in a room with very little natural light when that pic was taken.
I'm thinking he left VA in a hurry because his shitty life choices were about to catch up with him. His landlord was likely about to jack his rent sky high, it's likely that he never made a single fucking payment on the Guntatruck and the Nissan dealer was trying to repo it, he has unpaid debts out his wazoozie, he has the Vickers family trying to get him to take some (monetary and other) responsibility for Xander, and so forth. He prob squealed some sob story to Uncle Ralph who has no time to follow his fat nephew's online escapades, so Uncle Ralph is letting Gunt live rent free. Let's see how long it lasts.
