I want to be a nice guy and give some constructive criticism to the next guy who tries it. All of course my personal opinion only:
- Never go over 3h, unless you have something special planned, like guests etc. If your show is more than once a week, better aim for 2h max.
- At least in the beginning, watch your own show. Write down what you liked and what you did not like. Try to improve.
- Read donos at the end, take your time and make it fun. It's not for everybody, and that's ok, but the majority still listens because if you do it right, it adds.
- Keep your religion and deep personal dogmas out of lolcows. That way you sound less like a retard to everybody who isn't as retardedly religious as yourself, plus no one notices how much of a hypocrite you are. Also you are less boring. You hate abortions in the USA as a Canadian? I really don't care. Why even care about American political issues which have no global or economical effect? Just let them fight it out themselves and focus on the funny things that happen, like e.g. Q shaman.
- If your show has a theme, like "casino" do something with it and not just a name and an intro. Dress like a croupier, develop a lingo (felted doesn't count), make themecards connecting to the casino theme, show (good and crappy) fanart, etc.
- Don't talk about your personal life for too long and how you discovered mundain things, like that working out makes you feel good. You are just the voice on a video to give the funny, never assume you are more than you are.
- If you beg as much as DSP, you do it wrong. Watch Metokur or MATI, that's how you do it (although Josh could advertise even a bit more).
- If you have something like an antagonist, it is a very stupid idea to give them control over your cash flow. Security and reliability is worth some % of your income.

My original thoughts from last night is they could probably ride this out by not commenting because of the general attention span on the internet. I said before during the Flamenco stream that their core audience are people looking for an internet daddy to take down Ralph and Fuentes. That's why they were mad about the Flamenco stream as they were watching what they thought were internet "giant slayers". They'll keep watching and donating even if the numbers fall off a little.
Catching up on the thread got me thinking that people are right, cracks are showing. They could probably weather it if they kept their heads down, tweak the show a little, ignore the drama, and just cater to their core audience, but gloating, challenging people, hiding the donation counter, and sweeping is going to guarantee this never goes away and this will continue to get under their skin. And it's probably too late to turn this around now as the damage has been done. The show will probably have a long decline until something even bigger from one of them kills it off for good.

I agree at this point. I used to defend Warski, but he's not putting in the time for show prep like he did in the beginning and he's not focused and enthusiastic about the content anymore. Andy, you can write me off as a hater, but I still like you and liked Twisted Mind. Hell, i'd like to see Kyler come into the fold to help with this kind of shit and add some dry humor. Lately I think it's been too much training, too little time devoted to the show. No one would want to see you box if you weren't an Internet Man, Andy. Get the cart back behind the horse. Fuckin' A, get some good gimmicks prepped for the next show and address the issues openly. Come on man, you can do it. I want to like the Casino, not be a hater. Give me a reason.
ETA: I think there's also an element of Warski walking on eggshells with PPP. Figure it out, guys, figure it out.

Again, I don't think this will kill their show, they will just continue to limp along, pretending they don't see chat, they don't see the criticism, that none of it is true and that the show is fine. Warski is an expert at doing it at this point since he's done it with the last 3-4 shows he's had. They will keep going as long as their retarded paypigs continue to give them money, depending on how many paypigs they lose the decline might become more entertaining, but I would give them at least another 3 months before total collapse starts. It will become more obvious with each episode how much it's getting to them, that there are cracks in their relationship and eventually they will start making snide comments about each other on air.
The simPPPs will continue to claim it's all a troll and that pppig is laughing at everyone, but in reality you can already see him seething more and more with each episode at both chat and Warski.
On the other hand Ralph is celebrating as if he had anything to do with their self implosion. That's also pathetic in its own way. The premise of this show was promising, I liked the segment place your bets at the very beginning of this shows run. Had they kept up that production quality and done a show once a week with proper preparation it would've blown up even bigger. I think godwinson's criticisms were correct. It seems that Warski is doing the bare minimum along with PPP. They don't do anything innovative with the show, they could bring in new guests, they could introduce new fun segments that are interactive but they don't. The casino has been F.F.F. Felted
