Travis Fodor AKA Chad Charming / Kevin Handler, is a typical incel who despite being relatively decent looking is convinced that he's so ugly no woman would ever really want him.

However, over the past year or so his posts on facebook, reddit, and a forum called looksmax have become increasingly disturbing.
Shitposters on these platforms have started taking notice and he's gradually gained a bit of a following.
According to several different (unconfirmed) sources on facebook, he was even recently raided by the FBI for some reason...
Although these recent claims are unconfirmed, it wouldn't be surprising, as he's had a previous, very serious run-in with the law.
The Machete Incident
On June 23rd 2020, Travis Fodor chased approximately 15 children through a forest preserve while wielding a machete. Fodor was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and criminal damage to property. According to police he chopped up one of the juvenile's phones with a blade.

A Joliet man is facing misdemeanor charges after he ran toward a juvenile while wielding a machete and then used the blade to damage a cellphone, court records show.
About 7 p.m. June 23, officers with the Forest Preserve District of Will County were sent to Runyon Forest Preserve in Lockport in response to a call of up to 15 juveniles reporting that a man chased them with a machete, according to Forest Preserve District Police Chief Tracy Chapman.
Travis Fodor, 23, of the 200 block of Morgan Street admitted he chased one of the juveniles, who was on a bike, after the juvenile insulted him, Chapman said. She said she didn’t know why the juvenile insulted Fodor.
She said Fodor then used the machete to damage a cellphone that belonged to another juvenile that was left on a picnic table.
Fodor was arrested and released on his own recognizance. Chapman said Fodor was processed at the forest preserve police station and she did not have a booking photo of him.
On July 8, Fodor was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and criminal damage to property. He entered a plea of not guilty to both charges, according to court records.
A judge ordered Fodor to have no contact with the victim in the case.
Fodor’s attorney Ryan Hejmanowski did not immediately respond to a call on Tuesday.
The 21-acre Runyon Preserve is part of the Fiddyment Creek preservation system, which conserves nearly 300 acres, according to the Forest Preserve District of Will County's website. The preserve offers one picnic shelter for rental.

Overall, I think he's just a really creepy dude.
At first I thought maybe he was just an elaborate troll.. but considering the amount of images, videos, and posts he makes daily about this shit, I'm pretty sure he's for real.
Although there's far too much to document here in just one post, if you look over his various social media accounts, I think it's clear that he's a super unhinged individual that gives off major serial killer / Elliot Rodgers vibes...
That said... I'll end this post with some more really creepy content..
He had a previous facebook account by the name of CHAD CHARMING which has since been removed after he was allegedly raided by the FBI.
He had an instagram which was also banned.
He claims to be 25 years old and from Plainfield, Wisconsin, but currently lives in Milwaukee, Wisconsin
His eventual plan is to "deuglify" himself with plastic surgery..
