Apparently it's an apartment building called The Marq that has some sort of nightclub or something similar on the ground floor. Looks to be in the heart of downtown Milwaukee near the corner of 21st and Wisconsin. It's really surprising to see such a loony incel living in such a snazzy place. There may be a trust fund somewhere, or he might simply be withdrawing direct from Mom & Dad Bank.

I'm gonna have to agree. I honestly expected the address to be a rundown ghetto apartment building, not some sleek glass-and-steel place with a nightclub on the ground floor. It's possible that the Wisconsin Avenue address is somebody with a similar name, but a completely different person. That's a big problem with doxing people who have common names-sometimes you get led on a wild goose chase.

Yeah outside of the currently unsubstantiated fbi raid that could also be because of any number of reasons there really isn't anything to suggest possible serial killer. Maybe adding "Serial killer vibes" or what Berwick suggested would be a better title.

However his mask and general demenor does remind me of two murder cases. There's Mark Twitchell who was a psychopathic "filmmaker" who actually aspired to be a serial killer and attempted and failed one murder and then unfortunately succeed the second time before getting caught for being a dumb ass. He wore this creepy mask during the murder:

Then there's the murder of Cassie Jo Stoddart by two of her 16 year old class mates who also wore masks and stalked around the girls house and cutting her power before stabbing her to death, This is one of the masks:

Also his videos of dancing with the severed head of his doll and having this weird love for an inanimate unable to resist human doll reminds me a lot of product killers like Ed Gein and Dennis Nilsen. Either way while currently Chad has posted nothing to directly suggest him being homicidal or having committed any murders everything about him screams "man with violent sexual fantasies".
