Back in the crazy days of sensibility, good doctors would advise against treatment if the cure was more damaging than the disease but not in clown world. Now if you want to start radical fat distribution and muscle mutilation because you need to be 'affirmed', its societies fault for not developing treatments fast enough.

I guess it is THAT hard to tell people they have a crossdressing/woman fetish. I still can't believe insurance pays for this shit but not other forms of plastic surgery.

With the Type 1 diabetics, I wonder how diabulimia factors in? It’s an eating disorder that’s semi common in young diabetic women where they adjust their insulin to try and get skinnier.

Everyone has something about their body that makes them uncomfortable, or causes pain sometimes, or makes it so you can't run as fast as some other guy or jump as high or swim for as long or whatever. Don't know what terfs you've been talking to. Having a hysterectomy at a young age for no fucking medical reason puts you on the path to early dementia. I actually learned that from terfs. Every part of the body helps the entire body. There's really nothing that is just sitting there with no purpose. And most things have more than one purpose. The reproductive organs in particular!

Doctors perform waaaaaay too many hysterectomies, just to meet a quota, which is bullshit. Doctors lie and say you need one when you don't, and downplay the side effects. Again, I found this out from the terfs.

Breast reduction is tricky. First of all, not everyone has the ability to exercise everyday and build core strength, and if your giganta-boobs have already done back damage, that's not happening anyway. And enormous boobs are common. So I take that on a case-by-case basis.
