Okay hear me out, what if Ethan Ralph is actually the vessel for a fallen angel like in that one movie with Denzel Washington and he knows he can do whatever the fuck he wants and live wherever because we actually don’t know he can just switch bodies and become someone else.
It's the Sonichu daemon that used to be inside Chris till it drove him insane and made him fuck his mother.
It jumped into Ralph to avoid being locked up.
Think about how Ralph has been since he filmed Chris.
You know I'm right.

Remember that in today's rental market it's all a landlords market. Far fewer rental properties than people wanting to rent them, so the landlords can toss out as many hoops as they like. A wigger trash "family" and three pets isn't gonna be able to rent anywhere unless it's an area filled to the brim with ghetto niggaz, and even then the landlord could probably find a black baby mama and her four little Darontayes that would look like a better candidate. I am still sticking to Ralph and his brood fleeing to West Memphis and squealing at Uncle Ralph til he shoves them in a cheap rental because he feels sorry for them, not knowing WHY exactly their lives are so fucked.

I still say that he made a deal with his landlord.

He moves to a cheaper place, the (((landlord))) gets to rent his old place out for more money.

It is a win win, he would have all the time he needed to move things out of the old place, doesn't have to change his address until the new place is rented/sold and it is probably close to his old place.

Honestly if he was smart, he would play along with the hunt and drop clues occasionally on his show to make people watch it. Hell, set a goal on his stream for a hint. Any number of ways he could have turned this into his advantage.

I'm gonna be honest, I haven't read most of the posts in this thread. But... Well how do we know Ralph even moved?

What if he just moved his studio to another room in his house, lied about moving in the hopes people would buy it and he wouldn't get swatted while he hid in plain sight. We know how much he idolizes Jim. Hiding in plain site worked for him for years, so the gunt might think "well why not me too?"

Has there been clear confirmation he's gone? If so I'm a tard and I apologize.

I really can’t wait to find out he changed the name his daddy gave him to run away from things he’s said on the internet.

A more serious note. What are the things Ethan needs to operate? He will definitely need access to drugs. It could be possible he still has old connections in West Memphis, but I doubt it. I agree with the sentiment he is still within 100 miles of Richmond. I don’t think he would give up his dealer like he would his fiancé and child.

I hope he is renting a room or a floor in a shared setup with people who dont know him (yet). That would get interesting really quickly.
I am aware the guy is retarded but I think even Ralph would not proclaim "you will never get this (borat style)" while simultaneously living with random people he has no control over. Specifically their SM accounts like he did Faith and did/does Meigh. (Has she been confirmed to be completely gone or still speculation?) I couldn't imagine a week would pass before they would make a post shitting on him and his behavior for some reason.

I wouldn’t be surprised if we discover that a local long time killstream fan (unironically) is letting Ralph stay and host the killstream in their basement or property. Outside of his one Uncle there would be no one else willing to let an alcoholic felon with no income rent or otherwise stay rent free.

This right here. Ralph has no employment history for at least 15 - 20 years. Even his LLC is less than 2 years old and its debatable that he's filed any proper taxes as Gator has told us he's used it to funnel gambling losses on the business PayPal. May is also unemployed. At this point, any location that isn't a crackhouse would require either a under the table cash deal, a co-signer which would mean Harry, Howard or an incredibly stupid Cozy streamer / paypig.

During this current financial climate housing costs have gone through the roof and have made rental prices shoot up as well as place rental properties in high demand. This allows landlords right now to be choosey. Any halfway intelligent landlord just has to run a background check (which is pretty standard) and all of a sudden you get revenge porn, felony assault, restraining orders and links to a site called "Kiwi Farms" documenting every terrible thing this guy has done, lol.

As much as people like to think there are ways around the law and bureaucracy, unless they are wealthy enough to buy people off and not care with a lot of extra costs, or willing to live an incredibly broken and shitty lifestyle, the world, the law and the government will almost always catch up to you.
A convicted felon claiming to be self-employed will not be able to find a decent place to rent, period. Most would just assume he’s a drug dealer.

The first thing you check with in a tenant is where they work (someone transferring in for a new job is good) but if they state they are self-employed then you are going to research who they are and their business. They would find Ralph’s “business” is getting donation for being white nationalist dumpster fire. Fuck that shit.

Most landlords run credit checks and they absolutely run them on someone shady like Ralph. He need to find a place so shitty the landlord is willing to take anyone that will cough up the 1st months and deposit no questions asked, so dumps.

The only reason they got the last house was because May had a job. Employed white woman who wants to rent ghetto house and will have boyfriend as roommate. They were probably thrilled someone white, with a job and without kids wanted to rent the house.

The situation is very different for both of them today.

This is the reason I believe they broke up. There's no fucking way Gunt would willingly be moving, in this terrible rental market and dealing with all the hassle, unless something very drastic happened. Not being able to pay the rent is always an option but that sort of goes with a break up since Harry wouldn't pay May's half of the rent and Gunt doesn't need a house that size just for himself.

NOBODY would willingly to choose to try and find a new rental right now unless some drastic change in circumstances necessitates. It's a terrible time to try and find a place to rent because it's totally a landlords market.

He can abuse it as much as he like before infecting Ryan Gosling
God imagine being a celebrity prettyboi and suddenly you wake up in a broken, useless body sabotaged by its former host so you would rot away before causing an ounce of trouble to your old body. As far as security is concerned, you're just a fat schizophrenic with a diabetic's hoof (singular) who seems to have an indecipherable grudge against the person you're protecting

(Why does this sound so goddamn familiar)

It costs money to market a house and for every day it isn’t rented. No landlord will let someone out of a lease even if they could potentially make more money reletting it because they can already bank on the money from the contract signed for 0 additional effort.

Found this on Twitter today could he be visiting a friend?
