I think he's been drinking and ranting more because he's realized that even after a decade acting like some kind of gaming elder statesman, it didn't work in the slightest. So he has to resort to drama reaction streams in an attempt to maintain his gambling/fast food/alcohol addictions.

All that "work" banging his head against every game until he finishes it within his weird autistic schedule, pretending to be a real gamer, and no one was ever convinced except the three or so cult members that finance his unsustainable lifestyle.

...is he just making up shit now?

Unless there's hard, documented evidence corroborating something he says, the only safe thing to do is assume he is always making shit up.

Now hes stretching it 20min more then takes his break.

Within this year alone hes becoming so much more lazy and doing basic bitch reacts to 5+ year old videos.

He's gin brained. The videos are still up (and some people made them more bearable like SoK) where he would take entire Sundays to make shitty sauce. During that time he would also sear meatballs and then throw them into the sauce and treat it as a slow cook, instead of...oven baking them to use as needed.

And he did use a base pork fat for the sauce by grilling salt pork before adding anything else into the pot, including 2 cups of sugar and a fuckton of water. I understand the logic of using sugar to cut down on natural bitterness but you don't need that much, ever.

The places in Italy that actually use sugar in their sauces (it's a mainly southern Italian thing) actually use unripen tomatos which tend be acidic when blended into a sauce or paste, the general rule of thumb when cooking these sauces is adding all the ingredients together then adding around a teaspoon of sugar and tasting it and stopping when the acidity has been neutralized. No Italian or decent cook would just start dumping cups of sugar into a sauce the way he does.
