Ivana Zelnickova married Donald Trump 45 years ago and the marriage ended 30 years ago but there are people today happy that somebody who married Donald Trump in the 70s is dead. The blue checkmarks are all going for the Best Zinger about her. LMFAO the derangement is real.
Guilt-by-association is just another form of shitlibs' implacable vindictiveness.

Ivana Trump, T-Bone's first wife at mother of Don Jr, Ivanka, and Eric Trump, died at 73, reportedly to a heart attack. And people are already spitting on the grave.

And they say Trump supporters are the cultists....as always, it's projection

I think 92 percent was something like the supposed percent of democrats that would vote for Joe Biden instead of Donald Trump in 2024 in some other poll. All other polls to include the one the guy asking the question was talking about are bad for Joe Biden. All other poll numbers about Joe Biden in the past 6 months or so range from quite bad to cataclysmically. Job approval, handling of issues, democrats that want him to run for re-election, etc.

You know, about the whole "tolerant left" meme. It's true. Like when RBG died, for example, I didn't see one person on the right spitting on her grave or mocking her death or celebrating it. I'm as "ultra MAGA" as you can get and the thought wouldn't even cross my mind. I'm also pretty entrenched in the conservative echo chamber and again, never saw it happen. Am I wrong on this?

There were a few memes about RBG but literally most of the posts in this forum of all places just were commenting on how she shouldn't have kept her position out of spite and retired earlier, or were talking about how she led a full life

There was some crab dances here. I think it was more because it made the hardcore lefties seethe and denounce her for daring to die while Trump was in office. Or at least I want that to be the case.

I do think it was fucked up how they tried to pull some bullshit with her last words being to wait until the next president is in to replace her though.

Nah there was definitely some gravedancing going on after she died, plenty of people were clowning on her for not retiring earlier and getting replaced by a pro-life judge. Lots of Weekend at Bernies memes were posted over the course of that weekend. Maybe it was less directly hateful than what happened after Scalia died but it was more a degree of awfulness vs. the American right being way more principled.

I think a lot of people here were glad she was dead so she wouldn't be puppeted around by the DNC anymore.

I was delighted when Ginsburg died but I know its always the minority position among people who call themselves right wing or conservative. People get pissy when you're happy when rotten, evil, fucked up politicians die all the time. John McCain had all the slow motion democrats blubbering about how people shouldn't be happy that he was dead or do crab rave memes and salute his brain cancer as heroic and all that. Democrats are much more mean-spirited and ten thousand times more likely to celebrate a politically connected death. I can think of plenty recently that had them giddy and jumping for joy, Rush Limbaugh, Colin Powell, Donald Rumsfeld, Sheldon Adelson, etc, every time somebody dies like that its a huge party.
