From left to right only the first and third guys look techwear, the second looks kinda like oga with a suit, and the 4th looks like fucking dracula or some evil overlord with a huge coat.

They could be jp but the setup just stinks of EN management shenanigans, new channel that will never be used, stupid countdown, named gen instead of numbered (i know uproar wasn't numbered but still), dumb logo, they tease them a few days before actually revealing them instead of just dumping them out there like it's nothing, teaser is smeared in LORE and chunni shit, Oh and also both the announcement and video and site are in english. Idk but this really doesn't sound like jp to me.
