Prison Letters 7/4/2022- New Helena and Eels and the Eggman Collab Letter

I find it so very Chris(t)like that he says he is gonna miss solitaire and his prayer rug, as if those things don't exist outside jail.

It seems obvious that all of these changes from jail(less soda and sweets, offline hobbies like solitaire) are going out the window as soon as he is home.

Obviously orange soda and ramen aren't healthy but chris is probably used to small portions at scheduled times, which is arguably a bigger part of diet than the actual substance of the diet. And as soon as he is out he is going right back to mcdonalds and candy.

And of course as soon as he has video games again he isn't going to sit down and play a card game.

It's sad that the changes won't stick after a year.
Back to copious amounts of sugary drinks (Soda) and McDonald's and Papa John's pizza for Chris.

Didn't chris say in one of the recent letters that the mortgage is somehow getting paid? Granted it's chris who isn't always "honest and true" but ya I'd imagine what pittance he's getting from praedtor (a few hundred buck at most) likely ain't enough when there's several 1000 owed on the house
If Chris and Barb had joint access to each other's accounts, it might be coming out of his tardbux, assuming it's still racking up and SS wasn't notified about his plight, or his stint at Western State was for incompetence to stand trial. That whole thing with his SSDI is tricky, but odds are, he's still getting it.

Eels and the Eggman has decided to reveal something about the censored areas of the letter:

Help me decide the takes.

Zoomers like Eels should have been beaten with a belt like my generation. Maybe then they wouldn’t be such faggots.

As for what very suspicious things might be being hinted at, I’m almost certain it’s nothing important and this is just attention whoring from weens as usual.

If there is anything actually going on, my guess is it has to do with Barb, whether or not she was complicit in the motherfucking (improbable but not impossible) or Chris’ current feelings for what he did to her

If so, it's illegal. Extra monies will have to be paid back. Uncle Sam don't play.

It sounds like Barb is in managed care somewhere, most likely in a placement service from the state, and maybe Harriet and Uncle Tom helped out with that. That would be the best case scenario for both helping Barb, and keeping her out of any of the other family's lives.

Since she isn't at 14 Branchland, there's no real need to prohibit Chris from going back there. He mentioned going there to "clean things", which most likely means his shit, or else clean the house out. Given Chris sperging over the smallest little hiccup, I doubt his shit was hauled off to the landfill, and the house is just being maintained until he's out. That tard placement service that is new in Virginia is probably in effect, so Chris doesn't have to worry about a place to live. Fuck, he's probably looking forward to it.

Chris has no legitimate right or claim to 14BC. His name is neither on the deed/title nor the mortgage. As long as the mortgage is being paid then it's still Barb's house regardless of where she currently resides. She would need to give her approval for Chris to move back in, and I doubt that's going to happen. I think Chris is in the middle of a major copium binge thinking he just gets to go back home. I think other arrangements have been/are currently being made for Chris' housing needs post jail. I could be wrong, but if I am then I will be extremely surprised. Once Chris turned 18 he basically became a tenant and any finances he contributed towards the household were essentially rent.

So was stealing money from Barb's account while she was being given a rape evaluation, but again, nobody batted an eye about that.
That's what got him actually arrested instead of just kicked out for 5 days though. Or, at least, arrested when he was. He was reported for violating the emergency order for the theft.

SSI and SSDI overpayments are garnished.
If someone has been cashing Christian's checks while he's in jail, future payments could be cut.

The government will retake their money off the top. They won't trust a thief to willingly repay.

Virginia is pretty backwards but those things are auto deposited into Chris's account.

Chris doesn't pay taxes because his SSDI isn't taxed.

It's not taxed, it's garnished before it's deposited into his account

I never said taxed...

The government keeps 25 percent back or whatever until he has caught up

If someone is overpaid, they will be underpaid to make up for it.

Scource: a relative on SSDI was overpaid for a number of months.

Her checks were garnished

He is such a retard that he will buy some shovelware solitaire game and the thought of playing real solitaire would fly over his pear-shaped misshapen head.

I would take what Chris relays with a grain of salt. His attorney probably told him something like "don't worry, I'm working on getting you out of here as soon as possible" and Chris translated that as something definitive. But if Chris is getting out soon and if his attorney actually gives a fuck about what's going to happen to him, it's entirely possible that he'll draft up some sort of agreement between Barb and Chris where he's allowed to continue living in the home with the caveat that Barb resides elsewhere. No idea what the terms would be for who pays the mortgage but it would be an interesting saga witnessing Chris being forced to shoulder the entire financial responsibility of the house for a few months until the bank inevitably comes knocking. Also taking into account Barb's mental state she may not be able agree to such a thing and if she has a Power of Attorney who's a family member they very well may tell Chris(through his attorney) to go fuck himself.

Either way, life after jail for Chris will be interesting.
