Again how is that different than my hypothetical of a “trad” white nationalist woman bringing her black husband to a klan rally, and hiding him under a white sheet? In both cases it shows the person in question does not take the views they are publicly expressing seriously, and indeed has a kind of bemused contempt for their supposed ideological fellow travelers.
Re Holocaust debate, While it is absurd that I have to translate all the German sources I have provided (if you agree to participate in a public Holocaust debate, you should be able to read German or at least have somebody on your side translate it for you, since the relevant evidence is not in English lmao), I am even willing to do that at this point. I have given in on basically all their demands, unreasonable as they are, simply for the sake of having the debate. Yet they keep dodging.
Btw not all deniers are this afraid of having their views publicly challenged. I will be debating Jim Rizoli this Sunday, for example.
EDIT - the reason we took 1.5 years is that we agreed to provide original sources, and this was impossible during covid, since archives were closed and many of the originals are not digitized. Although it was inevitable, the delay was a bit ridiculous and I can see why your side would make fun of it. But it is not an excuse to dodge the debate today, since I am ready to do it whenever they want and under the circumstances we agreed, plus even their more recent demands.
