Ally is an assistant or something like that but Arin doesn't care if she just pops in while recording.

She's the fame vampire that jumped in during streams ,where they couldn't edit her interruptions out, to suck the same out of Arin and Dan. She just kept appearing in those streams until everyone got used to her so she's basically the third grump now. Oh and I guess she's a social media manager intern or something

Damn, where do I sign up? I can identify as a woman to increase my diversity points if that's what it takes to get a cushy job like this. I don't even need to quit my old job when I can just work both for double the salary.

Yeeeeep. She now seems to regularly crop up in most things they've put out in some capacity. I don't think there's anything wrong with having more people to chat or bounce things off of since they used to do similar with their editors when they made better stuff. Now she's simply just ever-present. She started as an intern, is now a 'social media manager', seems to be a manager in streams and now often in the room while they're recording as well.

I remember there being some discussion in thread a long while back on if she'd schmoozed her way in via bed hopping or being someone's secret girlfriend but there's been no real proof of that. She's mostly just a dull as hell lump that has formed on the Grumps payroll who is presumed to do something vaguely valuable.

Let's just casually ignore the felon committing more felonies that would have a regular person thrown into ass rape federal prison for about twenty years because it makes blue donkey team look bad.
