also lines up with the idea of him having multiple jobs. with as little job experience/consistent employment russ has had, i can’t imagine he’d qualify for a full-time work at home gig that actually paid enough to live on/required 16 hours of work in one day.

I think someone in HR at an insurance company like Geico or State Farm made a genius move in making a WFH position for Russtard. I could see him being hired for entry level data entry in a call center type setting (type these hand written forms into a computer/correct OCR fuckups) then Russ being Russ the sexual harassment of anything with a pussy starts. The gimp face gets HR backed into a protected class corner. Boom WFH.

Russ thinks his word is gold, is the thing. He can't fathom someone not believing him because he's a narcissist with no theory of mind. So this evidence never shows what he thinks it does. Like, he thinks the problem with his story about security roughing him up is not that people don't believe security guards routinely beat up disabled people for kicks, but that people might not believe there was a security guard at the concert. He is so used to playing the victim that it never occurs to him that someone doesn't believe it. That's a big chunk of why he's convinced himself everyone hates him for his disability, because he can't wrap his head around people not feeling sorry for him and believing his plights actually happened. In his mind, we know he's suffered horribly at all times, because he's said so. If we're still unsympathetic, it's just because we hate the disabled.

He did the "it's complicated" when he thought he was in a legal fight with Taylor Swift. I forget the exact wording, but after the new year one year, he said he was going to try and repair his relationship with Taylor, so it's not just speculation that he believed she not only knew he was, she was actively thinking about him. The cease and desist letter must have happened because he hasn't said anything about her since. I suspect they threatened him with a countersuit if he tried to sue her again, because the only time he's backed off suing someone is when it costs him money beyond filing fees (if he doesn't weasel out of those with IFP).
