Those are the hardcore facts of doing real business in this society of today. If you really take a look on Jeremy's track record on all of the jobs he has owned... you will see that my statement is right.
He's chasing the golden ticket and instead of saving money (his new house) he is feeding off of his viewers for his income.
Again using his digital economy to try to make it rich.
And if you noticed, even more so now than 5 to 10 years ago, it is so much harder to get up the wealth bracket. And the reason why is those who are already up there are pretty much making sure they are the ones that have the money and the rest does not.
I believe he's got too much debt to be at the 1%er range. He might be in the high 80's at this moment but I am not looking that hard at that man.

He's not roasting coffee. He's just a small timer middle man pushing coffee because it is the next fad. It's just another method of leaching off of his subscriber base.Keep in mind Jeremy's gimmick is that his coffee is roasted fresh to order by his company at his own facility and he owns both the roasting and shipping process and these take place at different locations. Keep in mind several months in we only have a few pictures and short video clips of the coffee being packaged or prepared for shipping and ZERO pictures of his supposed roasting operation and he is featured in none of these pictures.
Ask yourself is Jeremy the kind of guy to rent out two separate locations to roast and ship coffee and not post a single picture or video of himself at either location over two months deep? Why would Jeremy rent two locations to roast and ship coffee instead of just one space to do both? Why would a man who just invested in such a venture be so concerned with people putting in pre-orders months ahead of time for k-cups since he "needs funds to cover equipment" when he's supposedly selling over $50k worth of coffee a month and that equipment pales in comparison to the money required to rent two locations, hire staff, and buy the initial equipment to get such an operation up and running?
Occam's razor and also just knowing Jeremy he's lying and the "fresh roasted to order under my own watch" is just marketing sheriff BS to get away with charging $2-$5 more than every other coffee shipper I've seen. Nothing adds up but time and time again he insists the reality is that he has full time staff at two locations roasting and shipping coffee. At best he probably found some local roaster and is farming out that task to them then having his guys ship it. At worst it's some wholesale drop shipper just slapping stale beans in his package out of barrels in the back of some warehouse. Eventually the truth will come out.

My line for grifter is people who say things they don't fully believe or rile up their audience over made up bullshit for profit. You could make money while staying true to your beliefs in theory but I don't have any examples of this IRL and yeah most political talking heads are grifters.
That video was just a thinly veiled coffee shill. I didn't watch it but I saw some tweets and something something woke SJW Starbucks closed 16 of their sixty billion stores because of crime. Woke coffee go broke. Then Tim Pool made a comment about opening up non-woke coffee shops to compete with Starcucks and had some offhanded comment about selling Jeremy's coffee. So I guarantee this video is on some fuck woke Starbucks drink non-political coffee brand coffee endorsed by Tim Pool to own the libs.

And according to the livestream, Jeremy plans to do some gaming on Sunday. I've said pretty much all there is to say regarding his hopeless endeavors to break into the gaming scene, but let's see how long he keeps it up for if he even commits to this Sunday.

This just raises more questions as to what the hell is going on here. The poor state of this operation certainly lends credibility to Jeremy’s claims he runs the show but it could also just be he picked the cheapest provider he could and asked them to wear his shirts for a day and record it so he could use it as a promo. The fact the shirts are the cleanest thing in any picture makes me think it might be the latter. Where is the health department when you need them?

I didn't give their back and forth much attention, but it feels like he was aiming to recreate the situation he had with Zombaekillz and the attention that came with it. Only this time he didn't get massive support for his anti-virtue signaling, put more heat on himself by launching personal attacks against Keffals, and was likely told by the YouTube rep in the same discussion they had about streaming that he needed to cut it out. He's done this before with Pokimane and Suzy Lu, so it's not surprising. I don't think it'd a coincidence that he's now pivoting away from self-engineered drama in favor of another round of video game streaming - he wants to boost his numbers and is going through his usual playbook to see what works.

I didn't even think about that but it is quite a coincidence the last time he mentioned a meeting with his Youtube rep was about a week after the ZombeaKillz stuff and now he said he met with his rep again and it was about a week after the Keffals stuff started. Maybe they gave him another "we love your channel but... we have some recommendations" speech where they politely told him to calm the fuck down. I guess if there was a downside to this meeting he wouldn't mention it because he damn sure isn't getting that same ground swell of support this time plus he turned "my channel is under attack" into a meme and made a bunch of jokes about how big of a grifter he was about 100 times the last few months when his head got too big. Not an exaggeration either, actually just calling himself the grifter king and laughing in his audience's face about how much money he makes off generating drama then turning around and saying his channel is under attack when they respond. I actually think some of his long time fans are starting to wake up and see reality, he was just so blatant with everything the grifting and shilling, shoving his money in everyone's face, and proudly claiming he was absolutely fucking untouchable up until the 11th hour then the next day his first video he's looking defeated and walking it all back while sheepishly claiming victory.
Update: Quartering was asked on livestream why he doesn't go live from the Coffee Brand Coffee facility and says because the facilities are in Utah.
