You know, as weird as it may sound, I’m kind of forgiving of this Imperialist sperg. He sounds like an autistic wannabe American Cecil Rhodes in the 21st Century, which is a really brave (and/or a really stupid) viewpoint to hold. Generally these history-nerd types dream of an alternate history where an all-English-speaking Anglo-American empire more or less dominates the world and allows steampunk-ish technology to advance. It’s a naïve optimistic fantasy, much akin to futurism of 1950s America. If he wasn’t so gung-ho about divisive politics, I’d imagine he’d fit in with some history YouTubers like WhatIfAltHist (another naïve, but oddly enjoyable dweeb).
Yes, but he's a monarchist, so off to the Empire he goes with the rest of them.

My guess would probably be the Great Recession back in 2008-2009 and its immediate aftermath in the early 2010's.
Clown world officially started the second Obama got re-elected.

Everyone sort of KNEW that a chunk of the country would not take well to the election of the first black President, especially a black DEMOCRAT President and one with a foreign sounding name, let alone one who's middle name was the same as the first name of a certain Iraqi dictator we just overthrew and killed and a last name, which if you changed one letter, went from Obama to Osama. Hence the DNC elite still kept close to Hillary under the firm belief that Obama would be a one term flop and that after four years of Romney the evil rich guy President, Hillary would come in and save the day with the long awaited Clinton restoration and the establishment of a permanent 90s nostalgia movement that would be on par with how the 80s came back huge in the early 00s.

But Obama getting re-elected, combined with him getting a half-measure health care reform bill passed AND gay marriage legalized on his watch, made the DNC and the left think "holy shit, the overturn window's shifted farther to the left than we expected!". Which was combined with Nate Silver pushing the "demographic" card saying that Romney was the "last chance for a GOP President who was white" card, led to the left and DNC going into hyperdrive accelerating shit that normally they would have taken decades to push out at a snail's pace.

So with Obama sworn in, the left accelerated like they never had accelerated before and gave us clown world. And the irony, is that they let Zoe Quinn Gavril Princip shit up for them since the elite decided to use Gamergate to test out censorship options that they were working on for Hillary's run as far as using gamers as pain pigs to crush to see if their infiltration of the media and of the major internet outlets for discussion could be mobilized to kill any conversation they didn't want to be allowed to happen online.

I don't remember Obama ever defending Ronny Jackson when he was being insulted for handing out sleep aides on planes, but now he's wanting to act like Ronny was a friend of sorts?

Was trying to look up any defenses Obama or his people put forth for Jackson and instead it's all just them lambasting him. If Obama had ever wanted to consider himself friendly with Jackson he could have piped up and helped him out when people were trying to ruin his career.

Edit:

The more I think about it the more this disgusts me. Obama never lifted a finger to help this dude and he has the audacity to try guilt tripping him as though Ronny was the one that turned on former colleagues? So cunty of him.

Obama basically burnt a good chunk of his favors owed him, cashed in a LOT of IOUs owed to him by others, and went into favor debt to route the Clintons and give the 2020 nomination to Biden. Had he not, 2020 would have been Hillary/Trump Round 2 but Obama, after being told to fuck by Hillary and Bill when they refused to retire from politics and let Obama lead the DNC from the Iron Throne, threw in with Biden and the end result being what we got.

Remember, Obama cut a deal in 2008 that meant Hillary was going to be his successor not Biden and sided with Hillary when she power flexed when Biden tried to build up a movement to justify primarying her. And that Obama DESPISES Trump with a passion, to the point that after Charlottesville, Biden goaded Obama into a reconciliation by basically telling him he fucked up and that Biden would have won against Trump.

The phrase "sunken fallacy cost" is a term that best describes Obama being defensive towards criticism of Biden. He's too heavily invested in terms of having burnt a huge amount of political capital and favors owed to him to get Biden the nomination let alone elected. Political capital and favors that Obama may never regain, if Biden crashes and burns so badly that he becomes the new Hoover or Buchanan in history. Plus he's burnt his bridges with the Clintons and most likely will never be able to count on their aid and support for future endeavours politically at best and at worst, will have them spending their remaining days alive actively fucking over Obama's dreams and schemes and the ambitions of those around Obama that become his proteges and those of his closest allies.

Adding to this, Obama's legacy hinges on making Trump an aberration in history; a last mad temper tantrum from the racist right towards the new bright liberal future Obama initiated. If Biden fails and worse, goes down in utter flames, then Obama becomes the aberration. A President who broke the country and saw the creation of Trumpism as a viable version of Populism; especially if historians have the balls to look closer at what happened under Obama as far as the rise of the Tea Party and how Obama injected our nation with a toxic poison of identity politics to crush Occupied Wall Street; a movement that was supposed to "realign populism to the left". Not to mention, raise new eyes towards what Biden did as Obama's VP and shit like the Ukraine corruption stuff spilling over onto Obama.

Clown Worlds seeds have been planted way back in the 60’s and 70’s by Marxist professors in our academia. That being said the weed started to really sprout in Obama’s 2nd term and has developed into a full fledged tree within the last 2 1/2 years.
It's not a coincidence that Obama removed the Smith-Mundt Act in 2012.

The bolded already happened. The economy is on fire thanks to the left pushing total lockdown for Covid. Biden is covering his eyes and ears pretending its not happening. Anything the fed does, or doesn't do, will fuck it even more. Not to mention the southern border being wide open, the extremely botched exit of Afghanistan, Hunter's laptop contents, Ukraine. I could go on.

The Texas Democrat state convention was apparently half empty

Take it to mean what you will but I doubt Beto is thrilled about this
One of the many reasons Democrats won't win Texas is they badly misunderstand the local Latino population. Most Latinos in Texas aren't immigrants but rather Tejanos or "Texicans" Mexicans who are descended from the original inhabitants of Texas in the 1800s who lived there before it was a state. Like Cubans they are fiercely conservative and have voting patterns similar to working class whites.

I largely chalk this up to critical race theory and the belief that everyone who isn't white is automatically an America hating Marxist.

how dare those tacos step out of line
don't they know how much we know better than them?

see: my Black Voters Matter story from earlier this year. Ethan probably sees me as a filthy "house nigger" on par with Clarence Thomas now because I dared to vote straight red instead of blue like he wanted.

They're working to change that as quickly as they can, I'm afraid.

:o.....they DO know that degenerates like them are part of the reason the actual Nazis rose into power, right?! They have to be actively wanting Weimar America at this point. I know I am.
Inb4 Soros and his cronies actually miss Nazi Germany and is doing his shit not because he wants some sex degenerate leftist utopia, but is basically fermenting the cooking ingredients of Weimar to Nazi Germany.

If Hispanics start voting red in the next few election cycles mark my words the democrats will be forgoing the term Hispanic or latinx all together and just call them “native infused whites.” Notice how they are starting to amp up the term BIPOC as opposed to POC in recent times? Asians and Hispanics are probably breaking rank too many times for them to feel comfortable.

> The current law says that people who were born overseas and came over with their parents must return to their home country at age 21 if they do not apply for or are not granted permanent residency/citizenship. This amendment changes it so that they get to stay in the country as long as they've filed an application.

So it's Dreamers 2.0. Got it.
Yup, which means it is likely to pass because it merely maintains the status quo. Though that may not be a good thing for Democrats.

If Trump is gonna be the Republican candidate, he shouldn’t have Desantis as his VP anyways. Nigga’s more useful in Florida than in the White House.
Trump, unironically, would find his most useful VP to be a Democrat. Specifically, an either current or former Democrat, with moderate views, who has spoken out against the Democrats leftwards shift. Ideally, hitting at least one of the 'diversity' notes. Personally, my recommendations to Trump would be either Vernon Jones or Elbert Guillory. Bothwell-spoken black men who share moderate stances and could drive massive wedges into the Democrat voting blocs.

Speaking of Democrat voting blocs! Hispanics have always been interesting. Among political analysts there has been a two sided argument ongoing for a while now. One side argues that they are ripe for the picking and if Republicans gave a bit more outreach then they'd became closer to a 50/50 bloc. The other side argues that there is little the Republicans can offer which the Democrats have not already promised, and thus it would be better to keep an eye on the bloc but not actively court them until conditions change.

I'm on the latter side here. But... conditions changed! I mentioned before how Democrats get into office by making different promises to everyone and maintaining viability by transitioning the voters to a cult of personality before breaking the promises. I mentioned then that all signs show that Biden is such a wet fart that he managed to break this and now the broken promises are being made hay of.

Hispanics are one of the big voting blocs that's important for.

Promises of amnesty. easy immigration, and a good economy to settle in are all great. But the Democrats have actively avoided doing either of the first two and are seen as responsible for tanking the third. Now, the Republicans can make some promises of their own which might be viewed in a more favourable light since the Democrat fell through so hard. Amnesty is honestly easier at this point than sorting out the issue. So long as its paired with preventing new mass immigration its an easy promise to make. Same for making immigration itself easier and more efficient, especially since the current system is actually deeply flawed. And the economy is just a given.
