edit: i just did it now and built one with a 3070 and spent 4 tbs of ssd storage and got it for 2800, though with taxes it's probably like 34-3500

Phil built a PC like that on CyberpowerPC. It was only a lemon because he's braindead. The 780 Ti he bought at the time was at least $700 and he completely wasted it.

It still amazes me how Phail always manages to exceed my expectations when it comes to how dumb he is. Camwhores whose only job is shoving their ass and pussy up to a webcam know more about PCs than he does. Hell, I'm sure that old farts in my country who are in their 50s who go to night school to learn how to operate a PC for the first time in their lives because of their job come out of that PC basics course knowing 5 times more about how to use, troubleshoot and fix basic things about a PC than he does.

I am taking a bet that we are in for a new drama arc and something will go wrong with this next PC. The one that Chris Furtado had to make for him and fork out his own cash to make a PC that costed something like 6 grand (I'm pretty sure it was more then that if you combine Chris's own money and Phil's) all up, the 3K lemon that was not fit for gaming right out of the box and he didn't know how to work properly, and then here we are now, Phil's anticipating a how bunch of problems are happening already before they've even arisen somehow.

So for one time in recent months he was actually being honest in that he doesn't really know that he's talking about when it comes to PCs.

I can see something fucking up down the road with whatever PC he ends up getting just because of his history with them, whether it's because something does actually fuck up during shipping, his own negligence, or because of his lack of PC expertise, he will undoubtedly fish for a reason to say "uhh something is wrong with the PC guis., idk what else to do" and there would be mountains of tears pouring from Phil's face when he starts throwing excuses as to why getting it was a bad idea and he could have used that money for something else.

I know he's doing it to scam his lame-brain audience, but even then, they should have enough sense to know that a computer from any office store will fit his needs. They know he isn't gaming on it.

He has absolutely said that, but it doesn't mean he doesn't manipulate them to get their paychecks. Why else would he complain incessantly about his "bills" or paying for his "day off"? Why does he keep talking about wanting to "chill and chat and have a good time"? Strangers and acquaintances don't interact like that. He's only trying to cover his bases so when someone brings it up he can point to it and say "see that?".
