A bit late, but I really think people need to cut Patrick some slack when it comes to his father's professional involvement with bulls. I believe the source of the confusion is his phone correcting "prepper" to "rider" without him noticing when writing his tweets. Autocorrect mistakes like that happen all the time.

The words “prepper” and “rider” are too different that even a dumb autocorrect wouldn’t make that mistake. It’s also in-character for Fatrick, a fiction writer by trade, to make this up (or at least exaggerate).
