Think of the stomach like a balloon it can enlarge and contract given how much you put into it regularly. Weight loss surgery is meant to be a tool to help the person gain self control by forcing them to eat less. Problem is these fatties eat until they literally vomit once they heal from surgery many times. They also don't change what they eat so over time this constant over eating stretches the stomach back to a larger size and they're eating crap so they're back to square one. That's why so many of them gain the weight back.

I recall a horror story about a lady who got weight loss surgery that died after getting out of the hospital by gorging on food and made her oesophagus her new stomach. She choked on the food as it wouldn't fit in her new small stomach. I'm honestly shocked our fatty here didn't do the same.
