I am constantly amazed at how poor the wound closure is in these top surgeries. This one has too few skin closure points and obviously has insufficient deeper closures as well as them clearly moving the wound too much so it forms keloids . Others in the same original post have totally asymmetrical scars, clear breast tissue left, terrible skin closures, it’s just horrendous. Are these surgeons closing their own work or leaving it to interns who have been there a day? I know it’s a population who have poor self care as well but a lot of this is terribly done surgery.

Yeah, that skin's going to die. Then it will form a hard black crust called an eschar that will prevent the tissue underneath from healing by second intention. Then the wound edges will separate and start to ooze.

He'll need to go back to the surgeon to get the eschar debrided. With daily application of bacitracin to prevent infection), no swimming and no tub baths, and if he is extremely careful to keep the surrounding area clean and dry, in about six to twelve months the wound will close completely and he'll be left with a puckered scar that looks like a severe burn.

None of the above factors in the need to dilate several times a day to keep the cocksock from closing up.

In reality, he now has the crotch equivalent of Kelly's legs. Very euphoric.

If he’s lucky it’ll just be the ballsack skin. It looks deeper to me - he should be praying the debridement is skin only. If there’s significant tissue loss he’s going to be in pain for life. I think it was the munchies if it’s the post I’m thinking of. They’re special little performers and when they age out without Olympic glory they need a reason to fail. It can’t be that they were not good enough, it has to be physical illness or injury as a socially acceptable excuse. I can see similar driving this though. (Actually it’s a female thing in general - we don’t allow ourselves to express sadness, frustration, or certain emotions or to admit to mental breakdown. We use physical illnesses to manifest this - and they are often real, it’s not that the person has no symptoms and is making it up, they genuinely have migraine/stomach issues.)

I'll take the sperg torch and carry it for a bit and talk on antipsychotics.

One of the strengths of antipsychotics is that it pretty much takes away your ability to give a shit. Autistic rage? Not anymore. Care about grades? Not a chance. Weight? Exercise? Even want to play difficult video games? Lemme just say there's a reason a lot of the more manic schizos don't want to take them.

But for people with severe issues, for whom those issues are painful and disturbing, they are genuinely useful. If you are looking in the mirror feeling your flesh crawl wanting to take your skin off with a razor, antipsychotics are a good idea. They basically average all of your experiences out.
