A second bankruptcy arc is guaranteed at this point. He has no remorse for his past irresponsible financial behaviour. I seriously doubt that he felt any sort of relief when his bankruptcy was granted. He must have felt entitled to it, like with everything. Objectively, he is in a tremendous financial situation right now. But somehow in his head, he truly believes he is in a bad position. He is beyond saving.
A medical emergency will literally ruin him. He doesn't have the intestinal fortitude to overcome a real setback like that. We're all waiting. You can't outlive yourself, Phil.
