Turns out women's periods can vary up to four point two days according to an article I read via the women’s health study that is being done via Apple Studies using tracking data from Apple Health.

Yep, periods come every 28 days and it's not uncommon for them to be a few days early or late. When I was younger my mom suggested to write down when they start each month to keep track of them, I still do it and yeah, "same week every month" is just troon nonsense.
