So they decided to combine the problems of a pit with the problems of a dachshund…..I’m pretty sure this is what people would call a crime against nature.Dios Mio...View attachment 3480489
Yes, but also no. You’re correct that the purpose of a toy dog is to entertain and be with people, ride in your purse, etc. But they’re not supposed to be unhealthy abominations that can’t breathe. Example: The pug is an ancient breed of dog, but old photos of pugs show a much different dog than the pug of today. The ancestral pugs have a snout, the modern one basically doesn’t.Aren't pugs, frenchies, and bulldogs supposed to be derpy lapdogs? Tbh them being too unhealthy to run around and do dog shit seems to be part of the appeal.
Unlike bully breeds, I know aggression towards humans IS a known trait in dachshunds (they were bred to hunt fukkin badgers and shit after all, makes sense they can be snappy), so hopefully he inherented the pit temperament. And that it's not inbred-ass JP/JW fucked up hybrid of pits temperament, just the "head empty no thoughts climb in all human lap regardless of size" temperament a lot of pits have (though my sister's husband's pit mix added a passive aggressive old southern lady twist of "cry and look as pitiful as possible if not being petted when anyone is in the room").So they decided to combine the problems of a pit with the problems of a dachshund…..I’m pretty sure this is what people would call a crime against nature.
That's a Guyana River Otter. It's like those people who bought chihuahuas that turned out to be rats.Dios Mio...View attachment 3480489

This is a blue fox. They're found in the wild. These ranch foxes were bred to genetically have more skin, leading to monstrously large pelts that net way more fur than the standard blue fox. Blue foxes are smaller than standard red foxes. Red foxes are the primary species for all the mutations you see in ranch fox pelts. Blue foxes are the 'arctic' variant. It's similar to loose skin on certain dog breeds. This is a breed of fox for fur farming.

I feel like that coldness is the general attitude of people who are In any animal for profit business. They might care for the animal in the sense that they like it and don’t want something horrible to hear animal but beyond that, it’s business.Im sorry about the pl but ive been resisting this thread because it hits so close to home and ive seen some shit in the dog world. I work with animals and have ties to dog breeders and can confirm 90% of them are psychotic. A good portion of the breeders I know are proper with their dogs and don't breed irresponsibly in terms of the breeds however they are...insane? Idk, there's a certain attitude dog breeders have that is what I'd describe as cold.
They don't look at, in this example dogs, as dogs they see them as a list of requirements. And while that's good for keeping dogs without genetic fuck ups like some of the monstrosities in this thread, its a very cold attitude that borderlines on 'kill the weak'.
I've been told stories of weaker puppies being left to die, mothers being discarded when deemed too old, mothers being bred so much its a detrement to their health, entire litters dying from disease and it being shrugged off as a whoopsie, let's try again next season! It's bizarre how some of these people behave.
The most recent story was a woman in our circle who decided to breed her very sick dog. Every single puppy has died. One of which died from a brain hemorrhage...when I questioned my colleague over what the hell caused that, she (also a breeder) shrugged her shoulders and said 'the husband probably got sick of all the illness'. I figured she was telling a dark joke before she looked at me and said 'sometimes it happens. Litters are hard, he probs got angry'.
Shocking stuff and in the dog breeding community, it's encouraged to take a cold approach to litters. I find a lot of breeders don't view dogs like a 'normal person'. They're very critical and calculating, it's bizarre to anybody used to having dogs as pets I think (I find it very difficult to fathom honestly). I've seen dog breeders actively just not give a fuck when a dog is ill and be more upset over losing their cash cow than their pet. It's fucked up.
The 'designer' breeds will always be an issue as will the buyers, most of the time these breeds are created from two 'standard' considered dogs and are overpriced and riddled with health issues. I don't need to tell you all that but the amount of times I have seen somebody struggle with a cockapoo or met a pug that can't breathe. I also know some real tramps who got into that breeding scene purely because the money is so good.
Also fertility clinics are insane and WILL tell you all about their dog jacking off abilities.
Also they have to stimulate the female dogs too so I'll just leave you with that awful image.![]()
Crime against nature is too good for that thing, that's a crime against God Himself. So they decided to combine the problems of a pit with the problems of a dachshund…..I’m pretty sure this is what people would call a crime against nature.
I thought this shit was a shop in horribly bad taste, but no. They're called dox-bulls, which would be cool if not for the actual animal.Dios Mio...View attachment 3480489
I think hunting breeds are one thing, but the UK breeders shouldn't be absolved of guilt, since many of their breeds have had insane inbreeding rates and it wasn't until pretty recently that the Kennel Club started regulating this. The boxer and the English bulldog have pretty much been destroyed by not only the selective breeding but actual, severe inbreeding. Is this horror show unique to America and the American Kennel club? I have to imagine the English Kennel Club has too look on in horror at some of these abominations. Just Compare the English Cocker Spaniel to the American Cocker Spaniel.

Right away you can tell you could take the English version out hunting. It's a Gun Dog, it's supposed to run and flush game birds out of the bushes. The American version though, no way. Look at that back, and the splayed legs. It's practically born with hip dysplasia.
But how would anyone meeting a pitbull know whether it's inbred or not? And if they're typically more likely to be "inbred to fuck and no doubt never properly trained/socialized" than other breeds, wouldn't it make that breed something to steer clear of? I mean, if a pitbull is way more likely to chew my face off I really don't give a shit if it is due to nature or nurture. Just keep that shit away from me and my family. The "pit bull" is less relevant than the inbred to fuck and no doubt never properly trained/socialized part. These dogs would likely be fucked regardless of what specific breeds are in their ancestry.
Dalmatians are prone to deafness and kidney stones, and typically not a family dog as they are high energy and can play quite rough, and as far as I've understood it the intense demand following that movie made them even less so as a lot of breeders saw dollar signs and started breeding on shady individuals to be able to keep up. A shame, since it's an old breed that's otherwise quite healthy actually and a good working dog. They're known for getting along well with horses and the few I've met have been great companions and guard dogs to horse owners.Aren't Dalmatians also a breed notorious for health issues? I know 101 Dalmatians caused a huge problem with people buying them without being prepared to deal with all the issues the breed is known to have. Hopefully the pit/etc in that dog will offset some of those problems enough for her to keep living her best small cow life even with her health issues.
Just the fact of it displaying aggression towards humans at all (other than strangers acting threatening towards the dogs family) is a pretty good indicator of it being a fucked up, genetic monstrosity. Human aggression isn't supposed to be a trait of any bully breeds, like if a dog displays human aggression breeders are supposed to put it down and never breed it. Same as any other big, powerful breed that's not supposed to be aggressive towards humans. But how would anyone meeting a pitbull know whether it's inbred or not?
They're so weird and cryptid-looking they're kinda cute tbh, plus the dog in the last pic especially who is healthy enough to at least play is honestly refreshing compared to the SMASHED&SLAMMED melted toad dogs too unhealthy to even really walk muchBruh Look at this dude
