So with Rushia and Coco in Vshojo now, I wonder how Cover feels about having two talents join another agency. Will this encourage others too? Not trying to start sperging here in the thread, just genuine questions in what this event will entail for the future in the industry. Like anytime someone gets thrown out/leaves from a corpo gets sweeped up by the next and stuff.

It will always depend who it is a what circustances are of they leaving, if tehy legit want to retire they prolly just leave the scene and if they are not as big it will depends on how big the bagagge is, like hiring the no1 and 2 most superchatted members is a no brainer but someone more toward the botton of the pack its least appeling, it prolly end up like sport teams with below average player bouncing around from team to team, meanwhile some are just forgotten a left without anyone who want them

Probably a mix of old names and new talents. We're still getting new stars every year. I don't think anyone could have predicted Kobo or Salome, for example.

I think most will either look at their incentive packages, and adjust it a lil bit. Otherwise, it'll be business as usual unless there's a sudden exodus of talents to either join other corps or "talent collectives"
