Honestly i hope this doesn't go too well for vshojo, not because i have an axe to grind with any of the parties but because i feel like it will just incentivize agencies to go for proven talent instead of trying new things, which will just make the entire industry stagnate. "Why sign this promising new star when we can just poach this semi-menhera talent that people already like?"
