Worth noting that Iwanaga Taiki is the Ex-COO of Nijisanji and ANYCOLOR who resigned on May 2021 to run his own "youtuber idol group" SLEE who just recently disbanded last March.
Alongside being the Strategy Advisor for Vshojo, he's also the CEO of Yokaze Inc. and the producer of Blast Project. Can't find anything on the former but seems the latter is another vtuber group that still has it's auditions open despite the twitter account not being active since April.

She has been "free" for a long time with nothing to show for it. This "talent freedom" bs is just more parasocial bait, because it doesn't translate at all towards something a non mentally ill viewer cares or benefits from.
I want my entertainment slaves to produce good content for consumption, because they have strict management that guides them in a good way or because they are free to do as they please and happen to be good at what they do with no guidance. Both are ok in my book, but the fact that they have to use "talent freedom" as marketing and all of their talents repeat it non stop as a mantra is just culty and full of red flags.

Its even worse than GFE, because at least with the GFE everyone is aware that the people involved are sad degenerate fucks and the people doing it are self aware of that fact. The people falling for the "talent freedom" shit are not self aware at all.

Coming out of lurking for a bit to share some thoughts I had regarding Mike and Kson going to VShojo. They are obviously a huge get for VShojo certainly a good way to open a new branch. But I feel this reinforces just what VShojo is in regards to the potential talent pool in the vtuber community, it is more a club for people who have already built a fanbase and want corporate support rather than an in to a potential large audience for smaller indies. VShojo has yet to acquire any new talent from auditions, they have only scouted people. So for many small vtubers Holo and Niji are still the golden tickets to a guaranteed fanbase. This may change if VShojo actually acquires talents from their supposed auditions and they receive a substantial boost in following, but as of now I can't see any aspiring new talent being interested in VShojo above Holo or Niji.

The "talent freedom" thing always amuses me. It's nothing new, we've seen it on Kickstarter for years; the creative types are finally free from the bean-counter business nerds to finally make their dream project (book, game, comic, movie, etc..) and.. everything is years late if it ever comes out. My sympathies have evolved to that I think many of the creatives and artists need those business geeks to keep them on schedule, kick em in the ass to motivate and sometimes say "no" to prevent project bloat or reign in retarded ideas.

More competition is good, I'm curious to see if this will make Cover loosen up a bit.. haha

All this talk about vshojoJP challenging Cover and Anycolor is baffling to me. Both Kson and Nazuna will forever tied and will be forever be in the shadow of their Hololive persona. If VshojoJP really wants to challenge the overlord of japan they need to hire a talent that is not tied with holo or niji which i highly doubt they'll do.

All those gift subs and I didn't get one! I think the Cat model and Rushia are cuter designs. Halolive should have left Rushia's content in tact so she has to compete against her younger cuter model forever. Just like camwhores and pornstars quickly become their own worst competition.

All I can figure is that gen 2 tries to be able to raid into each other, but that doesn't explain why SHE has to be in the middle of the Pippa. Perhaps she has a busy schedual. Of all of them it's unfortunate because her positive reception seems to be from the same general pool as Pippa. Today I brought out the big guns though and set up a loud TV next to the PC so I could enjoy her stream during Pippa anyways.
