The only time pre-builts were cheaper was back when covid first hit and GPU prices went through the roof, you could buy an entire desktop for the price of one GPU on the free market.

The machines look like a bargain at first glance till you realize they use sub-par PSUs, cheap MOBOs, no-name RAM and usually the baseline of whatever GPU is listed.

This is bullshit, He definitely has a number in his head that is the minimum he thinks this PC will cost and wont accept anything less.
In reality with all the stuff he's been claiming to want (1080p 60fps streaming, ability to support better camera and internal capture software) he doesn't need to spend more than 1-1.5k But you can tell he definitely thinks the PC should be more than 3 grand and every other word out of his mouth is "that's just my assumption again I know nothing about any of this" after saying stuff like " I would probably need a really good new processor" or "I don't know what graphics card I need but aren't they all like a couple thousand dollars?" .

His 3k lemon PC with probably still-unseated RAM didn't work and he called it "top of the line at the time" so he's probably thinking he's got to spend 3k plus on this one so it can last him "4-5 years"

Only bringing it up, because I doubt his dents know the specifics; but the piano is only relevant in Disc 3. You can play the tune perfectly, but not until Disc 3 do you get the stuff for Tifa. It's her ultimate weapon and level 4 Limit Break, the devs didn't want you to get it so early in the game. Despite being able to have Cloud's Omnislash and Aerith's Great Gospel by this time.

What exactly does he need his PC for in the first place? We know for a fucking fact he ain't using it for PC gaming because the dudes a complete turd. So just uploading files and shit? 500 bucks easy.

He needs it to run OBS. His retarded setup more than likely has a capture card as a go-between from his TV to his PC along with everything else connected to it like his webcam.
He could honestly just use a decent laptop for everything.

If his toaster can run OBS without problems then he doesn't even need to spend as much as he needs to for OBS. Probably around 400 dollars for a Laptop that'll most likely last him a good 7 years.

Phil's lack of awareness continues to astound me. The scales he's fighting; if they weigh one way they're immune to magic, if they weigh the other they're immune to phyiscal. He should've been asking questions when seeing one take one type of damage while the other only takes 0. RPGs, especially earlier ones aren't that fucking complex. Also wondering if his dents will lead him to Vincent.

Superhound made it clear that he wanted to be the only channel to have Phil's clips as he tried but immediately got DMCA'd for uploading other people's videos

Minor powerlevel:
I recently bought a prebuilt PC with an RTX 3060 Ti, a Ryzen 7 5700G and 16GB DDR4 RAM.
An hour ago I played Cyberpunk 2077 on the "Raytracing Ultra" preset on my 3440x1440 monitor and it ran flawlessly. (Yes thanks to DLSS and GSYNC, but my point still stands.)
This PC cost me 1,279€.

He could literally buy this PC right now and be set for life.
