How is it humanly possible to be such a raging sex addict without ever having the actual sex?
Sex is his drug of choice. It's how he feels normal.

Russtard is all about being as "normal" as possible. And since "normal" people have sex that means he needs to have it as well. So it's a perpetual cycle of wanting it, saving up his pennies and then finding the cheapest whore he can so he can have him his penis sucked.

Their early work was a little too new wave for my taste. But when Sports came out in '83, I think they really came into their own, commercially and artistically. The whole album has a clear, crisp sound, and a new sheen of consummate professionalism that really gives the songs a big boost. He's been compared to Elvis Costello, but I think Huey has a far more bitter, cynical sense of humor.
Love that bit but it's kinda ironic using it in a thread about Russtard. You see Patrick Bateman didn't know how to human so everything he did, said or remarked on was due to him hearing it or reading it somewhere. Like that bit about "Sports". It literally reads like something a music critic would have written in his description of the album.

And that's Russtard in a nutshell. He has no concept of real life, realistic goals or what drives people. So he gloms onto ideas and concepts like those he got from watching 80's teen movies where the underdog gets the cheerleader in the end. He's the underdog so where the hell is his cheerleader?

His "startup" is what, a brothel where he is the only customer and the women have to do what he says? Not a viable business model.
But it made so much sense. He'd have to test out all the girls before letting them do their job.

Whoever this is didn't give a very good explanation as to who he was referring to. Why does he just expect her to immediately know who "Greer" is?
Because it's probably a post from a Redditer who lurks here, but doesn't have an account because KiwiFarms is full of school shooters.

I knew there was something up with his finances. Lol.

But I'm really curious about this "startup". We know that whatever it is it's a dumb idea, and the obvious answer is that it's a brothel he can run out of his townhouse. But the thing about Russell is that his stupid ideas come completely out of left field sometimes. Who saw the transit PAC coming? I sure didn't. And besides, I get the feeling he thinks his hooker PAC is going to fix the brothel situation once and for all, any day now, so unless he's preemptively getting a business loan for Mile High in anticipation of his ballot measure changing the world in the next few weeks, I think it's likely he's shifted his attention to other pressing concerns.

So. He does like to start things based on feeling slighted, inconvenienced, or "discriminated". Maybe he's starting his own talent show, but only for disabled people. Maybe he wants to start a freelance site for songwriters (NOT musicians, they get enough attention) to sell their creations and get into the biz. Maybe he's realized the only way his Holocaust movie is gonna get made is if he starts his own production company. Or maybe he's starting a temp agency exclusively for paralegals who can't get hired. He's been doing deliveries lately; maybe he wants to do an Uber thing but exclusively for taking people to brothels that don't already offer complimentary rides. Maybe he's making his own forum site where everyone loves him and they sit around talking shit about Null.

The possibilities are endless, even if we limit ourselves to shit Russ is personally offended by. He's just offended by so much, and is so certain he knows better, that I can only imagine what innovation he's trying to bring to fruition here.

Maybe it will be a Gym for the disabled. Staffed by 8/10+ hookers of course!

regardless of any speculation we have, a payday loan would never in a thousand years cover the costs of a real startup of any type, let alone $300,000. he’s saying “startup” in his fb post, but if the first place he’s going is a payday loan place, he ain’t asking for no gd $300k.

You can tell it's a redditor because only a redditor is retarded enough to post something like that publicly. Whilst most Farmers are good at sticking with the whole "observe and report" MO encouraged by the Farms, those that do get involved are most likely to do so via DM.

Either way it's not as helpful as the poster thinks it is.

Fiverr for sex workers?

If Russel wanted money for a start-up, why didn't he go to a bank manager, present his business idea ask for the loan and get told to fuck off like normal people?
because he can’t, he knows this. and it’s not for a startup. though he deleted his Hyundai post, if you are legit blowing money renting a car for a week, THAT’S what your payday loan is covering. he’s hookers galore in vegas and can’t pay his bills.

edit: i think he only continues to visit brothels to get the “girlfriend” experience, as he has repeatedly since moving to vegas talked about “dates” swindling him when he takes them to restaurants. i think he truly believed vegas street whores would do the girlfriend thing, but when they realize he’s taking them out to dinner bail soon after.

How sad is that? He's so repulsive that he needs to PAY a woman to go to dinner with him. Forget going out on a date or anything I'm just talking a friend you meet up with for a meal, have some laughs and that's it. For the rest of us that's a way of connecting to people we like. For him it's a business transaction leading to sex later on.

That's exactly what it is! In the novel it describe Bateman literally memorizing critics reviews and using them to try and impress people.
Okay, never read the novel but that makes sense. I always thought it was his way of making small talk because of how he described himself at the beginning as being "not there". Things like trying to talk about Huey Lewis & the News was his way of trying to act human.

Erika actually tried inviting him to dinner, but he got all upset and refused because she wanted a nice meal as friends, and was going to bring a friend of hers along.

Russ of course was basically demanding it be a real romantic date, no doubt with sex after.
