I'm going to guess the cops used this loophole to allow them to clear out obvious hookers on the streets who can end up causing a nuisance for those in the community around them sometimes.

It sounds overbearing, and constitutionally it probably is, but something tells me given that the law didn't change until 2019 that the loophole wasn't abused or I guarantee planned parenthood would have raised an unholy stink at some point in the last 30 years, and I don't remember that happening.

Basically the cops have to search you to find condoms, and to search you they almost certainly didn't do so with probable cause unless the hoes talking to the cops are also hanging out in a cloud of ganja smoke (or the cops just lie and claim they smelled it), so there's a good chance that they can't hold you for more than the max time that they can hold someone without charge just based on the search procedure alone.

Even if they did arrest for hoeing because there was a 20pack in your purse, 99% of DA's would laugh that hoeing case with a box of condoms as the only solid evidence right out of their office. Hell they barely ever prosecute as it is just because of how hard it is to get decent evidence for such a minor charge outside of a self-confession, since no John in their right mind would testify against a hoe in California unless they got an immunity deal somehow which means the situation is already well out of the usual realm of possibilities.

I know this is a long shot but here goes. I am wanting to create a video about Jewel and Attila. I am looking for someone who has streams archived from March of 2022. I am looking for a stream that happened after Sofia was born. It was the night that Jewel was showing off the car seat for Sofia and Attila created his new discord. I have searched through the posts and didn't she anything except a screen shot from the stream. If ANYONE has the full stream I would GREATLY appreciate it. Jewel deleted all the streams from her channel so I am hoping someone has it. 🙏🏻
