General Discussion for Virtual Youtubers / Vtubers / Chuubas - it's okay to be a simp for 2D, just don't thirstpost.

The first thing I noticed is the models have chins. Asians like the super thin "dorito chin" look. All of Luxiem and Noctyx have it pretty much. Perhaps I'm reaching but that could indicate who the intended audience is. Having a strong chin is more a western beauty standard thing. The Chinese fujo market is closed to them so they want the western weeb women, which may in fact be a market that hasn't been really tapped yet. They may also get some Japanese and SEA women who like foreigners. That's my thought process anyway.

The outfits are kinda meh to me but then Luxiem and Noctyx are also kind of bad. It's face and voice that matters in my opinion.

Where's the beef, damn it! None of these guys are showing skin, I can't even see a collarbone!

I do like these designs a lot, but I've been spoiled by Niji's cringe voice lines so I don't know these guys... flavor, yet? They're all archetypes I like, so it'll depend on how it plays on debut.

I hope the redhead's a slut, I love slutty redheads. I also hope purple guy is fucking insane, I love insane purple magic people.

Yeah, thank fucking God they don't have as much techwear as Niji does
Honestly, I think people just overreacted, except for the purple guy the designs are quite decent and not as gay as I thought they would
(Again, except for the one with the Yaoi-chin)
