I would choose the tit chop and rot dog, simply because people would have more sympathy for a woman who was groomed into destroying her body than a man in the same situation. I mean, look at this thread; the women are getting so much sympathy whereas the men are being laughed at and told they deserve it for taking their fetish too far.

Don’t get me wrong, both options are a lose/lose, but this is the lesser of two evils. Amholes are really fucking scary. Rotdogs are too, but at least they can be removed. Amholes will forever be there. Also I lowkey think the skinned arms look cool in a fucked up sort of way.

I think you're underestimating just how bad the average persons medical knowledge is.

Again, "rotdog can be removed, amhole will always be there" underestimates the severity of these surgeries. It sounds like the same mindset that the hapless patients have. The "phallo" isn't just stuck on to a normal female anatomy and cant be yanked off later leaving only poor cosmetic results. The labia are typically removed or totally mutilated. The entire vaginal canal is often removed. We've gone into "clitoral burial" in which the clitoris is SKINNED so that it can presumably fuse to the new horror-flesh getting installed on top of it. The urethra gets all fucked up because it's re-routed and has a fake urethra attached to it; I doubt you can just take that off and go back to normal healthy good times.
I guess if you're talking about the ones who don't mess w/their sex organs at all and just install a fake tumor-dick an inch above them, then yeah, just removing that would obviously be the best-case scenario. But come on. We've seen tortellini balls and skinned clits. Girls are getting their labias snipped and sewn up and neuticles installed after having their entire inner plumbing removed. They have no sex drive and some have to shit in a bag or use a catheter for months if not years. There's no best version of surgeries that have removed/mutilated/re-routed the genitals of either sex. You've basically willingly taken a knife and hacked away at a huge part of your anatomy and identity and normal adult functioning. Even monks and nuns have a relationship to their own sexuality and don't chop it off, ffs. But in practical terms, in both cases, male or female, getting rid of as much of the project and scar tissue as possible, sewing it all up, and hoping you end up looking like a "nullo" who doesn't need a diaper is the best you can hope for. (The men can indeed remove the rotpocket and have the no-depth ken-doll look too.) Maybe some of the lucky ones still have some sexual response. Surely most look, and feel, inside and out, like they sat on a hot stove.

Any doctor claiming they are willing to do such a transplant now or soon for men is both a media whore and not being truthful about the present state of the art.
