Do you ever spend money to go to the movies or to play video games? You are buying entertainment. If no one spent money then the entertainment would vanish. If you spend it with the thought that you are sending her your love then maybe I'd understand lol, but I spend money on her because she provides me endless entertainment and I want to see her keep doing it.
This is exactly what I thought. When I saw the initial design, I thought both the mask and cat ears looked janky as fuck, but then when I saw him without it I thought he looked pretty good. Like everyone else has said, Blue is my current favorite from design alone.
People can't help themselves. New things are scary and most people are more than content to write things off quickly and go back to their comfort zone. I give new Vtubers a couple of months before I start making concrete decisions about how much I care to watch them. Even then I'm always open to changing my mind. That's what happened for me with Fauna.
Schadenfreude is a powerful feeling. I understand where you're coming from. It's sometimes nice to see people get btfo'd when they seem to want it to happen to others. I remember when people wanted Myth to fail, but then they blew up, and it was a pretty nice feeling. Same with Council. Watching people massively doompost on various sites was annoying, and seeing them do well despite other people trying to convince me otherwise was very cathartic.
