Yeah, it's weird. It derived from Bae's in-character insistence that she doesn't know what yabai stuff are, which somehow resulted in her saying that she can't know because she is not an adult, and then it went into the phrase you just quoted. I don't have any more specific information, but that is the gist of it.

I would think option 2 is more plausible. This year there were two alumni cameos from Vtubers. One was Kongo Iroha's cameo in .LIVE's first live concert with a message. She was a part of the mass graduation after Idolbu's disbandment in April 2021.
The other was Stellar Cycle Campus' Fukami Nanana's original song premiered exactly a year after her graduation and on her birthday. This is most likely the last video on her channel.

Wait until they get addicted to the gambling like some Vspo members. On the other hand I am enjoying the somewhat flipped content where half Vspo are currently playing Monster Hunter Rise and some Holo are playing RUST. I think Asumi Sena (Swag Axe), Tosaki Mimi (Long Sword), Shinomiya Runa (Bow, probably the best Vspo Rise hunter right now), Kaminari Qpi (Hammer), Nekota Tsuna (Swag Axe), and Ichinose Uruha (Long Sword/Insect Glaive, the cutest Vspo hunter) are currently in the grind.
I have been watching Nose's Rise adventure the most lately (naming her palico Putechi - Ratna Petit's nickname and fawning over the cat as well as the constant whining voice while trying to git gud).

Seconding this, I watch her singing stream from time to time. Hinano and Noah from Vspo are also quite good at singing and are worth watching when they do singing streams (I know Hinano from a random afternoon singing stream without knowing about the APEX and Oreapo stuff). Noah unfortunately limits VOD to members only.
A bit late since the live has already started but I'm shilling Else from Project Blue, 2nd one man live right now.

Uruka is on HOUR 6 of a guerilla zatsudan. I have no idea what's going on. She just mentioned something about not able to get into some class or something and how she WILL get that degree?
Is all of gen 1 gonna have some sort of menhera breakdown on stream? Lia was a few days ago now blue bear. My bet is on either Iori or Nasa just doing a three hour stream of nothing but popping noises at this rate.

EDIT:
Total run time was just over 7 hours and she said that she's nuking the VOD. Anyone interested in the rambling of a sleep deprived Kuma better act now.
