True. I completely forgot about Steam Train. It was always a nice little refuge from the screaming and poop pants humour. There was definitely a point before I fully unsubbed where it was the only thing worth looking forward to from that channel.

There are a couple of reasons why Jon is regarded so highly in GG:
I've seen a couple of episodes with Dan in them and Arin's laugh doesn't sound as genuine, some of it is really forced. People's voices change but it's one of those things you can just tell, like a smile not being genuine by the eyes. Pick a random Dan episode then compare it to the laughs in Pokemon Emerald, hell, just compare the two Pokemon episodes together.
I initially understood their feelings on it since they had daily uploads so even the short of a year period means there were a lot of time with Jon, a lot of which really caught them on. Is it worth still being disappointed about? Hell no, that shit was many years ago and it's just a let's play. Most of the Jon stuff is still around so just watch it if you're being nostalgic for them hooting at a SNES game.
