I certainly hope so. I want him out on the street where I can laugh at him. Too bad they won't let him livestream from the pokey. I'd love to watch Sergeant Shaniqua and Lieutenant Dontavius shaking down his cell.

According to Loulz on RV Andy's Interview podcast, Baked is getting 6 months in a FED minimum security prison in Florida. He cannot get good behavior reduction since its under Federal 1 year and 1 day policy. Also there was talk of Cross-eyed Zykotic getting 7 years but phone call on stream he said not that long.

6 months with the plea deal. Also that is the sentence that Baked's lawyer would anticipate. If he's getting "a slap on the wrist" for his charges or being a prime tard to be made an example out of, we'll see in the future. Trial starts on the day after tomorrow, but this will take at least some days.

Six months! It's more than I was expecting.

I honestly don't think they'll keep him locked up during the election though. Baked is too valuable free and derping around vandalizing random Hebrew property.

Maybe they'll let him out right before election day and Anthime will burn down a library or something

There is no trial, it’s a change of plea hearing. Assuming he will not fuck it up again, he will enter his guilty plea at the hearing. Then 3-4 months later he will have another hearing where the judge will hear arguments from both sides and then sentence him.

The 6 months is what the prosecution agreed to recommend in their plea agreement. The judge is free to accept that or choose to go higher or lower than the recommendation. I believe the highest it can go is 1 year.

Thought I would post this to clear some things up since people think he’s literally going straight from the courtroom to start serving his sentence after the hearing in a couple days. That’s not how it works and it will be a few months until he is actually sentenced. Even once he’s sentenced he might not have to start serving it right away. The feds usually give people a little time to get their life in order before serving their sentence. I believe that’s also up to the judge’s discretion whether that happens or not.

For what he is pleading guilty to (one misdemeanor) it seems like he’s not getting off very easy with having to do 6 months. That being said, they could have charged him with more, and they said as much. It’s unclear why they didn’t, given his complete disrespect to the courts and lack of taking responsibility for his actions.

He may have benefitted from being one of the people charged early on because they arrested/charged him before doing a thorough investigation of everything he did that day. His stream from inside the Capitol is not complete due to poor reception.

He has a shit-ton of priors almost immediately prior to this so they may view him as effectively having been on a crime spree.
