Yeah it's an apocalyptic cult. They're talking about whether they should off themselves now to avoid an unspecified climate disaster, and how they're so glad they're sterilized. It reminds me of those people who sold all their possessions expecting Christ to return in the 1900s.

Hell, arguably the eco cult is the progressive replacement for traditional religious ones. These type of people have about as much faith in humanity as an (A)tard has in the police.

I have no idea if they're still around but r/forever_alone felt like genuine suicide fuel. There's a bunch of subreddits that feel as though it's grooming people to end their own lives.
One of the ones I feel is actually sort of evil is r/datingadvice. On the surface it looks legitimate but the actual content is mostly FDS posters trying to convince lonely young men to kill themselves and trying to groom young women into becoming bitter man haters themselves.
That's the thing with Reddit. It kinda got overtaken by bitter, perpetually online people who drag everyone down with them.
