If legit, I wonder how long hes been taking that medication for, I've heard people say in YouTube videos that they are HIV+ but its non detectable and they cant pass it on because of the meds they take. I wonder if he went for the test fully knowing that the test wouldn't detect he has virus. Does taking HIV meds prevent the virus showing up on HIV tests.

Atripla is a control drug for HIV(+) patients, it's not used to treat recent infections nor as PrEP so Cappy should have been taking this for a while if he's not using this as dono bait.
The way "Undetectable" diagnosis works isn't for standard rapid tests like the one Cappy showed with a negative. Rapid tests will show positives on undetectable patients who follow treatment due to reacting to antibodies, not viral load. Undetectable means when the actual virus in blood isn't above a certain threshold but never reaching a status that could mean "cured".
Someone like Captain Content can't be trusted to ever reach undetectable status, all those retards are gonna end up HIV(+) sooner or later LOL.
