Given the nature and general characteristics of trannies (nerdy, tech interested), I believe that whoever made this edit was inside the TekSavvy store. This also makes sense, given that the only other buildings that are labeled on this billboard are for the fitness centers, which do not align wit this IP pinpoint.
Very likely that this person is also an employee of said TekSavvy store, and was editing 'pedia at work.

TekSavvy is an ISP in Canada. They resell Rogers Communications. Every address in these IPs is for an ISP (unless I missed one that says otherwise).
