So yeah, really big coincidence that Saruei makes an animation for non other than Magni, if you ask me.

So I'd say Magni being Lando is about 80% confidence, which is more than what I can say about /vt/'s other guesses of Regi = Han Byeol (40%) or Axel = Sweeto (1%, as IMO one of the new NijiEN sounds like him, and I doubt Sweeto is that fluent in JP AND that good in Apex). Of course, Noir = Randon has been dugged up in this thread already, of which I am as confident as Magni's guess BECAUSE no one in NijisajiEN sounds like him.
