What charges would the Feds put on the trolls? The most I can see happening is defamation lawsuit but even then it's slim chance the charges stick. I'd say to Jordie to be smart if he does press charges but we all know he ain't the brightest, his actions the past few years are telling of that.

To play devils advocate here, CWW has been known to wipe all channel history so its very likely they couldn't get the screenshots on any past channels that have been fucked with by them. Wings007 is the most recent.

I find it funny that the trolls every once in a while will always go to a civil war any channel that doesn't align with all there beliefs, Leen, Lummox, Xbottle and now wings007. This elitism of trolling is ultimately what leads to there downfall and gives unearned Ws for richard. Yep. Plus defamation lawsuits are extraordinarily hard to win in the United States because of the high level of protection the Constitution gives on speech. There is nothing he'd be able to get a successful lawsuit off with and would only be able to win through a settlement with somebody who's even more broke than he is. But Wings will absolutely never sue anybody in his life because he has no money to hire a lawyer with anyway. I think he even mentioned that before during a stream at one point- speaking to a lawyer and realizing how expensive it is. Especially since just about any lawyer would tell him he has no case to begin with.

It would be hilarious for him to take somebody to court though. Because the moment the defense got to say anything they would just play video after video of Wings over the years:
