Chimon's more likely in Holostars. Of the 3 Iluna boys, he's clearly not Ren (because not Australian) and probably isn't Kyo (people found another youtuber who went on recent hiatus who sounds way more like Kyo than Chimon does). Chimon is more likely to be Aster, but again, there's another candidate (Xignia Krulcifer) who fits much better based on voice and graduation time.

To the surprise of no one, I like the look of ILUNA. The Twitter hypecycle antics less so, but that's basically par for the course at this point and I slept through the worst of it.

Busy today so I'll have to trust the /vt/ sleuths to figure out the Who's Who and scout from there. Another Latina and now a Viet girl gives a pretty good idea of the branch's mission statement though.

Kaneko Kyo: main rrat seems to be a Youtuber named Quinn Benet. Basically the polar opposite of Maria - /NijiEN/ is already doomposting about him, and I can see why. His content seems like low-tier clickbait shit. Frankly I'm kinda sad that this is a strong rrat (very similar voice, and Quinn announced a hiatus from his channel). Then again I thought Nina would be terrible and she ended up being alright (imo) so maybe I'll give him a chance.

Ren Zotto: I saw some people linking him to Jordan Sweeto, aka Sweetotoons. A few days ago people were floating his name as a potential Tempus member. I think it could be him, the voice is similar enough. I feel kinda indifferent, he seems alright but not really my style of content creator.

Aia Amare: One person named an indie vtuber named LuKya as a possibility. According to her bio, she's French but also speaks Japanese, English, Vietnamese, and Chinese. Aia did tweet in Vietnamese but has not hinted at knowing French as of yet. She graduated back in April. She seems pretty good, but not many posters seem to have jumped on this rrat so maybe it's not very strong.

Scarle Yonaguni & Aster Arcadia - haven't seen any theories as to their PLs as of yet.

Update - seems like if Quinn is Kyo, he's a bit of an opsec idiot, because in addition to following various NijiENs he also followed Sweeto, Himechin, and AmiYoshiko on Twitter, all at around the same time lol. That almost certainly confirms 4/6 members.

Aia being LuKya on the other hand looks fairly weak, apparently LuKya's English speaking is probably not good enough (like, below Yugo tier).

It's less a problem of the voice lines and more an issue of just individuals practicing poor opsec (or in this case having such poor opsec it outs people around you, if someone wants to out themselves that's their own business it's probably not great to drag others into it)

If the voice line hadn't been in the PV this same thing would have happened just next weekend instead of right now. These people have been hired for a good amount of time, if they were going to hide their tracks they would have by now, a few extra days with no voice reveal wasn't gonna save them.

though at the end of the day the people who got outted could have also yunno, not clustered up and all followed eachother on twitter and their NijiEN genmates on personal accounts. but I guess it all comes down to whether or not anyone involved actually cares. They might just not. I kind of just assume that if people don't scrub their accounts they at some level have accepted the risk of being reconnected to that identity, doubly so when they leave a social media trail to follow.

Himechin would be a strong pickup if true. I'm listening to her line and it's difficult to discern her Aussie accent, but then again it's hardly the first time those lines have been deceptive.
