You claim that we're actively cyber-bullying, the purpose of this site isn't to troll or cyber-bully, but rather to take and have a discussion on content that certain people deemed to be "eccentric", that were posted in public forums.

Any acts of cyber-bullying or trolling are from the acts of the individual members and are not encouraged by Kiwi Farms in general.

Also, cases of cyber-bullying are rarely enforced, as far as I know the only cases of cyber-bullying that have gone to trial were cases among individuals who had a link to each other in real life and the cases of cyber-bullying had caused either death from suicide or significant psychological harm such as stalking.

The content in here would fall under the category of " freedom of speech" and I can't think of any law violations that are occurring.

It's the location of the party that the site is registered to at ICANN. If they are in the US, US law applies to them. I've already written two subpoenas to reveal the identity of site owners. The procedural stuff isn't a big deal to me. It's just something I have to do to get my shit taken down.

This wouldn't go to trial. It would be an administrative (court) order. When you ignore it, then you're in contempt. Then you go to trial, at least in theory. In reality you would be fined—I don't know how much. Several grand, at least. More if you continue to ignore the court's order to remove my shit. That pisses off judges no end.

It's the criminal code, not the civil. That's why I don't need a lawyer. It isn't a lawsuit. All I need is to mail a link to the court and fill out a form. After that, I can ignore the whole thing and let them handle it. They do it routinely.

Even to me, this is just procedural. I don't have "rage" type emotions, ever. Or jealousy or hate, or in this case, revenge. I'm autistic. I perceive myself as being fucked over, and I will methodically continue to do whatever boring procedure I have to to pull my personal info from public view.

It's amazing to me that you think you can post obviously harassing stuff just because someone else did and you copied it. I won't be gleeful when you get in trouble. I won't even be particularly happy. I just want my shit removed.

Think of it like this. Pretend it's not Weird Faye.
