Didn't he also get a failure to yield ticket when he was on his phone and ran a light? I wonder if he's racked up enough points to lose his license over this (or if that previous incident means the judge is going to throw the book at him).

I believe the endangerment thing is up to officer discretion. I imagine if Ralph was a cunt to the cop then maybe he could have tacked that charge on. But if Ralph boot licked then maybe he let Ralph off easyJust an idle thought I had:
Since this latest speeding/reckless driving incident happened on June 13th, which was the day Ralph was driving to Atlantic City for his gambling trip, does this mean that Meigh & Rozy didn't go with him after all?
I don't know anything about the law, but going more than double the speed limit with an infant in the vehicle... wouldn't that quite possibly get you a child endangerment charge?
I remember Kiwis were skeptical about Meigh & Rozy being with Ralph on his gambling trip, but he swore they were, and he posted some pictures of them at a restaurant as "proof" - even though it didn't actually prove anything. It was also strange since he didn't show off any other AC photos.
This doesn't really matter, but it would be funny to catch Ralph in yet another lie.
He’s in trouble, that’s for sure. How much trouble all depends on how much money he’s got to drop on a lawyer. Ralph has previous traffic stuff on his record more serious than just speeding tickets. He’s got that hit-and-run on his record, he was found at-fault in that T-bone accident. Add to that his criminal record and suspended sentence for revenge porn and without competent representation he’s gonna be hurtin’ for certain.Didn't he also get a failure to yield ticket when he was on his phone and ran a light? Not to mention he might get dropped from his insurance, which would fuck him because driving around without it is a guaranteed problem. He’s in trouble, that’s for sure. A competent attorney would be looking to get this pled down to a standard speeding charge. That wouldn’t be hard at all to do if the client didn’t already have a bunch of prior convictions but even with all of that a GOOD lawyer could probably work something out to get that pled down to a standard traffic violation.
Now, it’s Gunt we’re talking about here, so we all know he can’t afford a good attorney. Even if he COULD afford a good attorney, he wouldn’t know how to find one and anyone he would ask to help him find one is a total shithead themselves so they’re not going to recommend him to a good attorney. Gunt is probably going to end up trying to fight this with a strip-mall traffic ticket LOLyer or AF-affiliated weirdo. It’s not like he’s going to end up in Alcatraz, but it’s not going to end well for him.

Once the car is no longer covered, your lender will contact you and state you’re in breach of contract. If this isn’t resolved right away, the lender is likely to pick an auto insurance policy and add it to the cost of your loan. This is frequently called force-placed coverage.
Policies added by lenders are normally more expensive than regular full coverage insurance, and it may not cover personal items or owner liability in the case of an accident or theft.
He'd either get a higher note or just have it repo'd.If you do not maintain minimum auto coverage for a financed car, the bank can repossess the vehicle or force you to make a higher monthly payment based on the increased financial risk.
This fat subhuman nigger copped yet another charge and has to haul his ass into court. I'm not even baffled at this point, I just expect him to commit crime and go to court like it's a normal thing to do.
If he doesn't gloat about it on Twitter, you'll still know because he'll likely shave beforehand. So I'm guessing this is why he claims he's traveling between the new crack shack and old Gunt shack in Richmond ? It's not to finish moving, it's to appear in court for this.
And Ralph is definitely stupid enough to drive around with no insurance. Not to mention he might get dropped from his insurance, which would fuck him because driving around without it is a guaranteed problem.
Didn't he just post recently about being on the phone with his insurance? And Ralph is definitely stupid enough to drive around with no insurance.
In my garbage state, you can't be denied insurance. He'd either get a higher note or just have it repo'd.
In VA you can apparently pay a fee to legally drive without insurance, but Ralph wouldn't be able to do that with his truck because it's financed. And Ralph is definitely stupid enough to drive around with no insurance.

PL but whatever. When I was a teenager I drove and rode a motorcycle like an asshole. Racked up tickets for various things, never got my license suspended but my insurance booted me.
In my state when that happens you get put into a "high risk" pool of other derelicts and insurance companies are required to offer insurance to you.
Jokes on them because the company that offered me the high risk policy was less than I was paying before lol. It's worth noting I owned all my shit boxes outright though - no bank note.
They’d just repo it.He'd either get a higher note or just have it repo'd.
no its not "simple as". repo companies wont pull a truck back unless its for nonpayment. finance companies cant dictate your level of coverage unless maryland has some magic law im not aware of. as long as they get their money they couldnt give a single shit what kind of coverage you carry. They’d just repo it.
The finance company is going to require Gunt to have full coverage on the Ralphatruck. If he doesn’t have that, and they’re made aware of that fact, then they’re going to repo it. Simple as.
Normal when you have a bank note on a vehicle you're required to have full coverage. So even if you are at fault for totalling the vehicle, the insurance company makes the bank whole.no its not "simple as". repo companies wont pull a truck back unless its for nonpayment. finance companies cant dictate your level of coverage unless maryland has some magic law im not aware of. as long as they get their money they couldnt give a single shit what kind of coverage you carry.
lol ok well thats not them dictating your coverage you silly fuck. thats you skimping on your coverage and carrying liability or whatever the minimum coverage is in your state. i do think some states dictate you have to carry full coverage on like teenagers and shit but your fucking cars finance company cant tell you shit. thats retarded.Normal when you have a bank note on a vehicle you're required to have full coverage. So even if you are at fault for totalling the vehicle, the insurance company makes the bank whole.
ETA: So yes they CAN dictate what coverage you have to protect themselves. If you have minimal insurance and wreck their car insurance will only pay the person you hit. You're SOL because you're at fault.
I think posts like these get you 6 months prison time in Virginia.Jannies, can we restrict this thread to prevent retards who only give shit legal takes from posting? The internet is already rife with 16 year olds giving legal advice and I don’t need to see it on Karen Farms. Anyone who says “hahaha he faces 1 year in jail for this” and “this will definitely result in the suspended sentence getting picked up” and “dude he doesn’t have a license he showed his passport, LOL P W N E D!!!!” should at the bare minimum be thread banned.
Maybe if he had bought it at Sam’s Hot Car Lot with In-House financing. He bought it from the dealership, through their finance company, so if they find out he doesn’t have insurance on it they’re gonna repo it OR there are a couple other outcomes.no its not "simple as". repo companies wont pull a truck back unless its for nonpayment. finance companies cant dictate your level of coverage unless maryland has some magic law im not aware of. as long as they get their money they couldnt give a single shit what kind of coverage you carry.
